Are you supposed to get the initial capital and any ROI you have instantly ?

According to your online investment MOU, are you not supposed to give them time to process your initial capital ?

Because what I know is that you have to give them some time before you get your initial capital.

You have been busy telling us that it is your ROI you were waiting for. Not knowing that you have demanded for your initial capital.

I don’t know about online investment but if you walk to their office and demand for your initial capital, it is not instant, you have to give them time.

No..I have 360k currently there as an investment which is running good and normal.. I wanted to top up with an additional 360k to make it 720k in the investment but that wasn't working so 360k was just sitting there in my balance while the other first 360k was already in investment.. So I decided to wait for my next ROI which was around the corner and withdraw my money leaving the original 360k there and continue my investment. But to no avail I haven't been paid the 414k(balance 360k + ROI 54k)...I hope you understand now? The remaining 360k is still there and currently is an investment.

No total money there is 774k...I withdrew 414k that is not useful or doing anything while the remaining 360k is already in investment/contract....Hope you understand?

While I personally don't encourage it, trust me being nice (the Nigerian way as u put it) will get a lot of things done easily for you. I'm not saying bribe o. But it's only human nature to lean to whoever treats you nice. Some customers only contact their Account Officers when they have issues. Manage and maintain the human relationship and trust me you'd be fine. Someone earlier was saying her Account officer is "charging" her 4k to rollover. Just to print 4 pages. That's not quite correct. Account officer would probably have to print out their passport photo to attach on the form, print out other documents like Bank statement, valid ID and all. No one would that at their expense. Minus the "stress" of having to do this for several other investors they manage. Add to that the sense of entitlement a lot of customers carry. Some account officers can get overwhelmed. Manage that relationship and trust me you'd be fine. If however you feel you are better off coming in to the branch it's also fine. Customer is king and we are here to serve you. But not at cost to us

Just appreciate people with a token they will go extra mile for you, I could remember my contact person in my former brokage house even around 10pm while sleeping beside her husband, I call her to solve issues for me and she will take note and act on it the next day. To me 5k token to appreciate people is not too much

Yes o, the gods are punishing him . His case is just special coz he had some pending uninvested amount in his wallet and wanted to withdraw that along with his monthly ROI. Online MBA procedures prolly didn't make provision, they should take care of such edge case going forward.

Be patient, your issue would be sorted out.

It is a little mix up somewhere. since that your top up was not successful, you should have demanded for your Top up cash immediately and not wait.

When you now demanded for ROI and 360k, maybe “computer” thought you were closing the account. If that is the case, payment takes time.

Bros this Online matter tire people, I personally don’t encourage people to go near it even if others are finding it smooth.

But you are not a newbie, and should know that rollover should have been initiated last month (your 5th month). Though it is not late.

Go to the office with your statement of account and other relevant documents, fill the rollover form and you are good to go.

If you can’t go there and you have an account officer that can help you do it, then sure contact that person. Just send in the necessary details and you are good to go.

If you don’t go, next month you would not be paid and your capital would be hanging like ripe mango on a tree.

Congratulations once again.

if u withdrew the whole money then it will take up to a month to get the money.

ucosuagwu created the problem he is facing by himself for not reading well before investing.

He wants to top up even before he got his first ROI I guess which got his 360k sleeping in his dashboard.
