A day after using an injector cleaner product, I was driving down the highway, then my car began to hesitate vigorously. I managed to drive it down to my office then ran a scan. It indicated that the system was running lean. I knew there was a blockage somewhere.

Luckily for me, I had the tools necessary to get the job done, so I proceeded to work out the fuel pump and low and behold, milky-feather like debris that weren't there a week ago (cus i examined it then) had saturated the tank.
This I believe is because the injector cleaner only did half the job - it exposed all the impurities in the fuel system but was insufficient to expunge them.

Fortunately, I always carry a spare fuel pump in my boot so I changed it. The car ran well for about a week, then I had the same experience again. This was because the tank was still full of those debris... To solve this problem, someone recommended a very powerful fuel cleanser to me. One round of it and my tank was as clear as crystal.

To be thorough, u can also check ur injectors too as the impurities may have made their way there.

What is the name of powerful injector cleaner

It's been a while I commented here.

Let me go back as far as I can with the limited time available.

There are lots of issues that can cause a no start condition . 1 faulty coil pack in a corolla cause a no start condition or limp mode. You can easily check fuel pressure and Run a scan to eliminate all other issues.

BCM fault. (Body control module) very common in civic.

Sparkplugs in an engine as basic as yours should not ba able to burn out, unless they are fake. Try using Tokumbor spark plugs (yes I said it. the way the dollar is now, it's more cost effective)

Simple scan will determine what wheel speed sensors are at fault.

Might be a misfire, take out the battery terminal, and clean out the ignition coils if wet.

This is delicate. Start with confirming if the shift cable is aligned properly, next confirm if you have the right amount of transmission oil, next try entering reverse without the transmission ecu connected. Give me feedback after all this.

Good day every one, pls i would like a very good recommendation of a very good mechanic for my toyota corolla 2005, all this mechanics have been messing with me, yet not fixing the issue, things like noise from the wheels due to either brake pads or brake disc i having been trying to correct but no way, also vibration on the car then check light has always been on since i bought the car despite several checks. Even ran a diagnostic on it but they will clear it and it will still appear. Pls help
Abuja only pls. Also considerate and sincere mechanic oh, as you all know, money wise.

Car is a first generation Toyota Sienna. Acceleration is not commensurate with the gas pedal depression when in drive. It just growls loudly with increased rev but wouldn't move much. Sometimes I have to take it to reverse and then back to drive before it moves. While in motion, it's as if the car is struggling to gain speed.

Tranny is pretty new. Was changed early last year, and the fluid still has that golden brown colour, and it's up to gauge. I'm at loss at what could be the problem. Though a little research online points to throttle body, and some other stuff.

Any help here?

from your description and what has been done before, I did say your vehicle is experiencing transmission issues.

what fluid was used after transmission fluid change?

The change was done by the previous owner and Abro fluid was reportedly used.

if you have money to spend, buy 4L of total MVLV transmission fluid sold 3500/L drain the fluid in the vehicle, let the mechanic wash the metallic abi magnet filter with petrol, bolt it back and pour in 4L of the total fluid. If the transmission is still good then it wouldn't behave that way again.

if you never pay for the car, walk away

Please house, I have some issues with my Camry 2005.

Firstly, I observed the engine oil keeps draining everyday ...I changed the oil 3weeks ago and to my surprise, the oil is almost dried up..please what can be the cause?? (I’m using mobi 2000 semi synthetic)

Secondly, I observed it always take time before the fan starts working especially when I drive without putting on the A.C...Some said I should remove the thermostat so it doesn’t spoil the gasket in the long run while some said I should leave it the way it is.... please any suggestions on what to do?

At the bolded please don't remove the thermostat or run the fans direct.. Your fan is working the way the manufacturer programmed it..
about the oil draining, there's a leak somewhere, check underneath the car after parking over night. The leak might be from some seals worn out.

Hey senior men
I just discovered i need to change my gear oil. I have never changed the gear oil ever since i bought the car although the gear still selects perfectly well

Please which of the gear oil can you recommend for a 2004 toyota camry (big daddy).
Are there essential things i need change maybe oil or car components
I have only been changing engine oil n oil filter
Will appreciate your input

Do not wait till your transmission oil gets dark before drain and refill. It's safer to drain and refill when it is borderline than when it goes black/dark.

If you don't have the records, drain your oil and refill with Toyota W.S .

Buy a good brand of 20w50 and use, drain oil every 3000miles.

And yes I said 20w50.

Hi guys. My 2014 toyota corolla makes some rattling noise after I have driven the car for some time and I am in traffic. The noise is particularly much when the AC is on and goes off when I turn off the AC (for some time) but the rattling noise comes up even when AC is off. It seems to only happen when the car has been driven for about an 1 or 2 and usually when in traffic or when the car is idling.

It doesn't show any other symptoms, drives well accelerates well, gear selection is fine and no issues with over heating. The noise can be loud and annoying though.
It usually goes away once I start driving and or after a couple of minutes it kinda goes and comes.

Before wasting so much money on expensive oil, drain the oil, wash the filter with petrol and pour another round of abro. If the car moves well, you can drain and use higher quality oil, if not, replace the transmission and still use high quality transmission oil (not abro)
