This small issue is really affecting me, because my social relationship with people is zero, I don't understand all these behaviour and they are stressful emotionally to me, saying something and later saying you don't mean it. Does not make sense

Guys who say nonsense when they are angry are mostly insecure guys, why for ladies, they are those one that like to get beaten

that is so normal. some people call it bipolar, some call it what ever, idont have issues with that. i am more concerned about if the person actually mean it or no or if the person is just saying it out of cheer anger. my girl friend talks so much rubbish to me when she is angrry and later tells me she doesnt mean it. i dont even need her to tell me she dosnt mean it. i know she is angry and just said them out of anger. you need to get to understand you bf.
if you notice that he says thise things and really mean them then u just back out. if u notice he actually doesnt mean them then u just look for a way to make him stop saying them

See fact when I'm angry with my girlfriend I call her alot of things , it's better for me to call her alot of things than to raise my hand to her , when I pour out my anger After sometimes I hate myself because I have overstepped

Anger is the easiest way to show insecurity, I fell into that trap recently and I'm working on it seriously... once you can't control your words when angry you'd lose alot cuz of that
