Select Paga Verve.
Enter your name, phone number and email.
NB: If you have registered on Paga with ur phone number, pls do not use that phone number. The phone number is linked to your Paga account and as such the system will try to pick the fund from the Paga account associated with your phone number, hence the transaction will fail except if you have money in that Paga account.
In summary, If you have registered on Paga with ur phone number before, just use another phone number instead.
Type the details of the card and it will work.

I paid for IHS with my First Bank Verve Card and Visa with my sister's Access Verve Card and it went smoothly.

I just want to chip in that all Nigerian naira cards have limit of 500k for online payment (not monthly or daily limit, just per transaction limit). So if your ihs is more than that equivalent, the transaction would fail if you pay directly from your card. In this case, it would actually be best to fund your Paga account with enough money beforehand and let the system draw the payment from your Paga account instead.

Hi everyone,
Please can I apply to a UK college as an home student if I'm still in Nigeria but will be getting my settlement Visa soon?
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 4 by Oloshi83: 1:15pm On Aug 26, 2020
No.

You have to have been resident in the UK for three consecutive years to qualify as a home student + have full citizenship and not just a settlement visa (by which I assume you mean limited leave to remain and not ILR).

cheesy abeg let the baby enjoy the womb first

I think it depends on the EDD. If the applicant travel before the baby is born then No..... however when the baby is born in the UK and you need to submit an application then the rules of dependent kicks in. If the baby comes before the applicant travels then yes as an application will need to be submitted for the baby

Till there abeg allow the baby to kick in the womb and congrats to the applicant

Thank you

Lol..my lovely mom-to-be, how body? hope you are doing great..don't stress yourself to much oh..your mind and body needs mental rest.
For this, like advised, no stress whatsoever..
If the baby will come before travelling, then you would need to do a dependent visa..but if teh baby is still in the womb at the point of travel..no further action is required..just apply for yourself alone..
Thank you very much.

Just felt it would be reflecting too much rejections.

I know i can do a cover letter to address it. Just want to know if i should proceed to add that information or if i should just ignore. for the us i included the most recent.

One thing I observed is that some lie just for the sake of lying when there is absolutely no need. It a very bad habit but I see it on some comments here and my eyes goes very big. Maybe I lived outside naija for too long

UK guidance for student visa is not against you haven't rejections so what is the point of lying now and not declaring it. It serves no purpose

However to move forward ,nobody works inside the embassy to tell you what the outcome will be.it all depends on the checks they make. If it not spotted fine but if a discrepancy is spotted then it becomes a problem. So now depends on what risk you are willing to take. Some risk are not worth it especially when the guidance is not against rejection. It is not a crime or a bad thing to be rejected for visiting visa or they ask is that you declare it

If you cancel your submitted application ,can you reapply immediately? Would i get a refund for IHS? Can I use same IHS?

I actually intend to include two rejections i omitted initially, do i cancel or i should just include an additional information letter.
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 4 by mimilyrics: 1:58pm On Aug 26, 2020
Refunds take about 28 days so you'll have to pay for IHS again.

Greetings to everyone in the house. congratulations to those that have gotten their visas and to those expecting, all the best. Please I am asking for a friend, who is so worried about the fund in her account. She is worried because the fund in her account, is caring a narration of the company that deposited the fund rather than her name. Won’t this post a treat to her getting her CAS? Thanks once again
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 4 by mimilyrics: 2:03pm On Aug 26, 2020
Yes you can. Either option is okay depending on your preference.

Why cant she print after the deposit was made , so no details is available about who paid the money tto her account in the printed statement.

Don't think this is an issue but if the money was deposited today but I make the start date or day 1 to be tomorrow.... then that wont show who deposited the funds
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 4 by mimilyrics: 2:05pm On Aug 26, 2020
It doesn't matter who deposited the funds into the account (there's even no need to capture this) as long as the funds are held for 28 days after the deposit or more and it's not a threat to getting her CAS.

Hello guys, a friend did a Mauritius passport for himself and His wife last month. He told me about it, I got interested and also paid for it. Two weeks after making the payment (half payment though) to complete the balance when the passport is out. I was a bit worried so I chatted my elder brother who based in U.S about it. He advised I cut tiers with d person and not go further with the passport thing as it might be fake.

My question now is this, when filling my UK visa form, should I state that I have a Mauritius passport or not?
As the Mauritius passport is out already but I refused paying the balance to collect it.

Hello guys, please I need your advice on this undecided

Has the person gotten admission?

As it 'currently' stands due to the pandemic, one can switch from Tier 4 dependant to another visa (usually this is not the case)

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-advice-for-uk-visa-applicants-and-temporary-uk-residents

Yes, She has admission and has paid part of the tuition fees. I was confused when she asked me this question so I just wanted to be sure from the bosses here. Thanks alot

Hello @Stenon

Ideally it should be switch.

Double check if dependants are allowed to switch to this. The last I saw was Tier 4 child and a couple of Tier 2

It may have changed though.

Cheers

Thanks for the clarification

For sure it can not be extend .......they are not the same category so it has to be switch. However google is saying : You cannot switch from being a Tier 4 Dependant to being a Tier 4 Student If they are here as a Visitor or Short-Term Student however they cannot apply in the UK and must return home to apply .

Don't know the full rules regarding that so do your research and see what the home office guidance is on that and what is called a short term student
Thanks. No, she came with tier 4 dependant visa since last year.

Similar situation with me too.

I was rejected Canadian visa twice and I indicated it but I didn't indicate if it was once or twice.

Hope that's not false declaration too. My interview is in two days time.

Also how do I get to tls ikeja from along?

So I had the opportunity to discuss this with the visa compliance team of my uni and they suggested that i take evidence of the refusals (rejection letters) to my appointment and declare it to the vo which is what i will do.

Fingers crossed!

You'll have to upload it since you're not meeting with the ECO, your appointment is for your biometrics except you're using assisted service. The ECO will access it as part of your uploaded docs.

As it stands , you do NOT have a Mauritius passport , so your answer is NO.
