hammer8:Lol. Yorubas are far beyond the league of any tribe in Nigeria. We are the benchmark for other tribes in achievement and the statistics are there for record. Yoruba civilization date back to the periods of the Oyo empire where they conquered vast lands. The only thing known about Ibos past was that they were slaves to Igala. Even in fashion and poshness these days, the Yorubas are the most civilized tribes with better swag and cultural heritage. That explained why the Afro- pop industry is mostly a Yoruba heritage and Yoruba culture can be felt even in South America and the Caribbean. Yorubas are the most educated tribe and when you mention Yorubas, the first thing that come to your mind is education. We are the most intelligent tribe in Nigeria and the statistics are there. Talk about vision, the Yorubas are from a visionary bloodline which manifested in our politics, culture, religious tolerance, and achievements. Talk about industrious, the Yorubas are there. Is it about Telecom, industries, Startups IT companies, insurance, Educational institutions, Fin-Tech, name it. How exactly are the Igbos civilized than Yorubas? Even the posh one among the Igbos are all made in Lagos! |

Nuttella:Go and check all the women who achieved everything as firsts in Nigeria. All Yoruba women old enough to be your grand mother. Who trained them? Their Yoruba fathers. So this your comment is a lie. Igbo women are more than any other tribe more likely to be trained by their husbands because of this inheritance issue. |

Nuttella:That is the beauty of the culture. A tribe with the highest level of religious tolerance in the world. That is the main reason why the Yorubas are far above the league of you Igbos in civilization, culture, and approach to life. You Igbos are just religious fanatics like the Northerners. Religious tolerance itself is a measure of civilization among ethnicities. |

[quote author=emmanuelpopson post=93253546]Numbers 27:1-11 27Then the daughters of Zelophehad came forward. Zelophehad was son of Hepher son of Gilead son of Machir son of Manasseh son of Joseph, a member of the Manassite clans. The names of his daughters were: Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah. 2They stood before Moses, Eleazar the priest, the leaders, and all the congregation, at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and they said, 3‘Our father died in the wilderness; he was not among the company of those who gathered themselves together against the Lord in the company of Korah, but died for his own sin; and he had no sons. 4Why should the name of our father be taken away from his clan because he had no son? Give to us a possession among our father’s brothers.’ 5 Moses brought their case before the Lord. 6And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 7The daughters of Zelophehad are right in what they are saying; you shall indeed let them possess an inheritance among their father’s brothers and pass the inheritance of their father on to them. 8You shall also say to the Israelites, ‘If a man dies, and has no son, then you shall pass his inheritance on to his daughter. 9If he has no daughter, then you shall give his inheritance to his brothers. 10If he has no brothers, then you shall give his inheritance to his father’s brothers. 11And if his father has no brothers, then you shall give his inheritance to the nearest kinsman of his clan, and he shall possess it. It shall be for the Israelites a statute and ordinance, as the Lord commanded Moses.’ You just made an ignorant excuse... [I hate replaying people that don't have Brian. What did you understand from the the Bible you quote |

hammer8:That’s how your ancestors spoke in the 50s about the Yoruba culture and their impression of Yoruba burning due to religious difference. Like they say, misery love company. The Ibos not having the psychological maturity to coexist amongst themselves is not the Yoruba fault. Yorubas see religion as more of spirituality and that is the greatest tool of our tolerance. Either Traditional, Christian, or Muslim, we see religion as a means to an end. A million MURIC cannot cause any animosity among us, he is just enjoying the publicity of the moment and his name will soon vaporize away! |

Nuttella:We are saying the same thing. You are just as barbaric as the Northerners. They also don’t want a situation where their child will be bearing Israel Ibrahim Abubakar. Soon you guys will start killing the Muslims among you too to completely mimic the northerners we all chose to insult. By the way, I love that name Ibrahim Moses Adeniji, it shows lineralness and acceptance. Imagine the whole word see the world like the Yorubas, there wouldn’t have been any any animosity arising from religion. |
