@ all thanks for the feedback. The fact is that all possible means to get him proved abortive as information revealed that he is out of the country as his office is no longer functioning.

Please can she just say she was refused, I think even if she was banned then, the banned will have been lifted as it's over 5years. I stands to be corrected, please is she good to go?

Hello Ndubuisi Christopher,

Thank you for your email.

If you decide to join classes online for the Fall, there won't be any changes to your tuition. Tuition will remain the same since you will be receiving the same level of education as you would in person.

If you get a Visa refusal, you can apply for a refund less a $400 administration fee.

Difemi:
Hello House,

I need some advise re my EE profile. I got into the pool in May with a score of 470. For my marital status, i chose "Married", but indicated that my husband will not be accompanying me as we were already having issues. We have now separated and are moving forward with a divorce. Thankfully, we have both decided to be very civil with one another especially as we have a child together.

As I earlier mentioned, I submitted my EE application with my marital status as “Married with non accompanying spouse”. From my understanding, this means that my husband will have to do his PCC, medicals and be counted as a member of the family re POF.

However, I want to change the status on my profile to Legally Separated. As I prepare my documents in the hopes of getting an ITA soon, could you please advise me on the following?

1. Will my husband still be required to submit his ECA, PCC, Medical Clearance if I change my status to “Legally separated”?
2. What documents do I need to submit to substantiate my status as “legally separated”, as I will be unable to get a divorce certificate yet. Please note that the divorce petition is already being filed. Like i said, my husband and I are quite cordial, so if there's any document i need to get from him, that wont be a problem.
3. Will my husband still be counted as a member of the family re POF if I change my status to “Legally separated”?
4. My child has US citizenship. Should i use the US passport or the Nigerian one when applying?

Thanks a lot for any help I can get.

I applied as legally Seperated and got ITA, in the document check list they didn't ask for ex spouse PCC or medicals neither did they ask for any documents to prove legal separation. However, from other forums I gathered I one has to have the following documents ready else they will still get ADR asking for it. (Affidavit of seperation, the pending divorce petition bid you have filed in court, seperation agreement signed by your spouse if you can get him to do that, ) In your case you need a document to prove you have sole custody of the child and that you can travel with him/her.

But do you have a 3 year degree program?
OR
Does your ECA at least evaluate it as an equivalent of a bachelor's degree

For example, if its ACCA advanced diploma and WES has evaluated it as a 3year degree, it suffices

Update: Wrong info above. BSC is mandatory for Ontario PnP application

mobenjackson:
Just got NOI from Ontario but unfortunately can't go through with it cus i don't have a Bachelor’s degree as part of my 2 or more certificate... CRS of 471, NOC 1114... God pls, give me FSW ITA oooo.

They know you are going to get ITA in the next round of draws. People with more than 475 was not invited. Just brace yourself for your ITA next week. Cheers.

Hello All,

Please I need clarifications on the conversion rate used in calculating POF as I couldnt get a direct rate from the IRCC website.

Do they use the bank rate for the bank which one is keeping the money or do they use the normal rate found on google?

Hello Seniors,

Did IELTS (BC) on 15th August and when I didn’t get a “notification of result” email last week I checked the portal and saw the results on Monday 24th. Sent an email immediately asking for TRF number so I could update my profile but I still haven’t heard back from them. Are there others also in this situation? Is there anything I can do to get the number as I am optimistic about the next round of invitations but I need to update the portal to stand a chance.

No need for msc transcript. How do you even have it in the first place Must be unofficial copy and ircc requires only official copies. Also, you only need your passport data page and not the stamped pages. Lastly, does the noc bear any form of semblance to what was listed in the noc page? If it does then it's OK. But if it doesn't then you can make adjustments. At least two or three descriptions should fit your job role

Hi,

Thanks so much. I've made the necessary adjustments.
Thank you..
