The simple truth is except the two major parties present candidates from the SE, it is impossible for the Igbo precidency Dream to come to fruition. Many igbos know this that's why ohaneze is pushing for all igbo candidates across the major parties

Atiku will be picking SS or SW VP if they let him run.

Igbos are toxic on any ticket. That's the simple truth

oga all party didn't zone it to south west in 99, every southerner contested.

obj defeated ekweme while Olu falae defeated Ogbonnaya onu
Number One: Ekwueme was a smokescreen to endorse OBJ.

Number two: Olu Falae didn't defeat Onu as there was no election between both of them. Onu was the APP candidate with presence in 3 Geopolitical Zones and the party controlled 9 states.

AD controlled 6 states, all in one Geopolitical zone. Olu Falae was however, nominated, for the APP/AD merger to assuage the SW for the June 12 wahala & MKO's death.

Onu wasn't consulted and at the time threatened to go to Court, but for the APP National Chairman @ the time, Waziri.

I have receipts incase.

what if peradventure PDP doesn't field an Igbo VP?

They have no choice, without Igbo votes, PDP doesn't stand a chance against APC.

An igbo man cannot win, it will be a total waste of resources.
Pdp is not the ruling party, they don't have the resources to rig election, so fielding an igbo man will equal to complete failure.
either ways PDP is bleeped up for 2023.

Nigeria is already polarized and divided along tribal lines, any party that zone presidency to north has lost before the day of election.
Southern Presidency is the only thing that can calm already tensed country. Northern Elites re aware and re waiting for consultations from prospective southern candidates for 2023.

Atiku Will surely contest 2023 even if PDP deny him ticket. The truth is his ambition is dead on arrival.

I have been saying this for very long time on this platform. Igbo style of politics is not to protect their interests but to fight perceived enemy. That's different between Igbo and Yoruba.

novice cheesy politics is give and take not childhood balablabla. Despite the fact that Kalu was lawan friend he didnt get any meaningful post in senate.
Kalu wanted senate president he lost.
Kalu wanted deputy he lost
Kalu wanted majority leader he lost simply because he doesnt bring anything to the table apart from being a senator from south east.

Politics is not an emotional game. It is a strategic game of forming alliance with the formidable even if it is your enemy . you re all gunning for same goal.

Thats why obasanjo and Atiku later re-alinged when they have same political goal of pushing buhari away unfortunately.

You igbos needs crash course on political strategics and Alignment.
And in 2023 what does Yoruba bring to the table ? LMAO ..kalu was tested and he passed very well relax oga

AD and PDP had no states prior to 1999 Election,
We all know obasanjo was rigged in by military cos he was their puppet
Falae was Yoruba candidate for 1999 and he lost..
Besides PDP never micro-zoned it to south west Region. Whatever consultation obj did to get the ticket, igbos too can ply the route.

Besides, I'd never hidden my choice for Osinbajo. And it has nothing to do with his tribe. I believe in his capacity to deliver more than anyone else, simple.

Who told them south east is not guning for the PDP ticket ?

The silence from igbos is unsettling to most yorubas ...osibanjo and tinubu are still scared to declare interest

Politics is not by mouth ...when they start selling form una go see

Igbos are getting APC and PDP ticket

Apc is sure already ... PDP we just need to ask atiku to relax ....it's not easy but if he refuse we beat him at the polls

odimma na, I'll keep on campaigning for PDP to zone their ticket to SE on the grounds of 21years total loyalty, and having Buhari already do an 8years tenure for North.

While I'll also keep pushing all OUK Northern alliances towards front page. We need the two.

This is an attempt to sow seeds of division in PDP and igbos should be careful not to fall for it. Atiku is what Nigeria needs. Igbos will be compensated for their loyalty at the appropriate time. We must think Nigeria first. Tribalism will not move us forward in this country.
You mean nothing good like Atiku can come from Igbo in 2023.

That is why you will continue to be a slave in your land. At least south eastern pdp members should wake up. They have been supporting pdp right from 2009 and today they deserve to be part of the leadership at the highest level.

The way I see it is that even though Igbos have been loyal to PDP, there is no point PDP fielding an Igbo man in 2023 if it will mean victory for Tinubu and APC

that is the fact but at least for future sake it ll bring igbo to National political limelight.

see OUK in APC is already in national presidential spotlight.

But igbo no go use their head since 2001, how can u b loyal to a party for 20years and won't have national mantle..

They aren't even ashamed of themselves for pestering APC to give them presidency, request they can't demand from their PDP.

they call Yoruba coward and I think it is glaring now who the real coward is.

let them keep blaming tinubu for the flaws.

what test did kalu pass that will translate to APC grabbing south east region cheesy

Except you re started following politics last year.you be should aware that prior to APC formation in 2014. Acn caucus have highest number of governors , lawmakers in the merger.

APC foundation was built on merger of the two biggest politicians from the regions with the 1st and 2nd most voting population.
Buhari North west region- 18m voters
tinubu South west region - 14m voters.

100s of Atiku can't defeat this merger.except the two decide to part ways

OBJ is Yoruba.....
