1) Are they going to assign an official to always check up on you daily
2) what happens if I don’t pick my BRP from school within these two weeks

You can quarantine anywhere you wish as long as you stay there for 14 days.

2) You're not allowed to go out to the university/post office during that period, so you have to do it thereafter.

Have been trying to pay my IHS fee equivalent to $1836 with my GTB mastercard but all to no avail.

I linked my GTB card to Paga and also tried paying but it keeps bouncing back.

Got the same error message severally. Change your browser and when you click it won’t take you to the error message page. It has nothing to do with the card.


Your card payment is not even getting processed. For cards you should get a payment declined message.

I said it not long ago that there’s a cap of 500k per online transaction on all naira cards. So if you’re linking your card to pay above that limit in one go, it would fail. It’d be better to fund your Paga wallet first (paying in bits within the limit) and then paying your ihs directly from your Paga wallet. Try that.

I need an urgent decision on my Tier 4 visa application due to my work. I would have selected the priority service but did not have that choice while I was filling my visa application form. I also tried the Prime Time Appointment option on TLS portal, but couldn't figure out how to make it work. My appointment date is Sept. 18 at the moment, but it will be difficult to wait till then as I need to make some work trips.

I will appreciate any help in this regard. Thanks in advance.

No one can advice anyone on walk ins currently as they don’t have a stable process. They allow some people do it sometimes other times they do not. It’s based on luck. Just go there with your appointment letter and see if they’d let you in the day you go. You might be lucky or not. When you enter you’d pay the walk in fee. Finish

I need clarification about traveling out to the UK and this covid 19 test.
Is it dependent on the country or the airline?
I’m traveling with BA and called their customer care and was told they only collect covid test result if the destination country requires it.
As at now, the UK hasn’t said anything on their site concerning that. It’s just to full the passenger locator form and self isolate for 14 days.

Please anyone with more information?

UK doesn’t require a covid test so you’re free to go. Only fill the form and isolate When you land. . If you’re using Emirates you’d need the covid rest because you’d stop in Dubai or so which requires the test. Basically it’s flight dependent for now.

4. School fees + maintenance money

(a) £1,265 per month for living costs if you are studying in inner London for the majority of your study (more than 50% of your study time)

(b) £1,015 per month for living costs if you are studying in outer London or anywhere else in the UK, for the majority of your study (more than 50% of your study time)

The money should be kept in your account for 28days weekends included (school fees + maintenance money) ending no more than
31 days before your application.


5. Add your birth certificate if using parents bank statement.

If there was a travel ban they won't issue your brother a student visa.

Keep refreshing the page, there is no specific time as to when dates pops up. You have to sacrifice to remain online and get a better date. Better still you can share your login details with your trusted friends who can keep searching for you too.

I paid my school fees deposit with form A via GTB July 9th but it took a week then. GTB charged me #502/£1 then. Relax it will be done but it might take time , especially now that it's scarce. Just notify your school that you have paid.

Then it means the date can't be changed...we also made this error...used course end date and amount was less..so we had no choice but to leave it like that...
