Thanks. I stay in Lagos. I was told there is an immigration office in Ikeja. I will visit the place for the renewal.

I don't know if Ikeja is renewing now .. I used Ikoyi.. so you can also try there as well

I renewed mine there in July so you can try the Ikeja immigration office if it’s closer to you. There’s also one in Festac and another in Ikoyi

This is a not straightforward email that some people get. It usually fine (nothing to worry about) when you receive this if all your application is right

Tls Mail that passport is with Dhl 8th September
Dhl text message for pickup 9th September
Passport picked up 9th September
May God grant visas to everyone waiting.
Visa was granted on the 3rd September
NB
I didnt get any mail about BRP

Just go to your biometrics center with your collection slip and tell them you want to collect your passport. I am very certain it's there. I did my biometrics on the 13th August as well. My passport was ready for collection on 2nd September. You probably missed the email or it went to your junk mail.
