My timeline:
4 Tier Student visa – TLS Abuja
Application submitted online – 11th August
Biometrics & Interview - 19th August
Passport ready for collection - 9th September
Passport collected- 9th September
No non-straightforward email or 2nd interview.
I was so worried because I didn’t add all of my visa rejections. I only included one rejection per country. Overall I had about 8 rejections in the past from UK, France, Canada and USA respectively. This is my first UK visa. I was also rejected a UK tourist visa in January 2020.

[You do not need to worry yourself that much, pick up a sterling bank opening account form, fill out all your details to get your account opened even within a day your account number would be sent and move all your cash there and pick up a form A for the payment of your school fee which will be process and done within 48hrs ....gtbank is useless these days

hello please i got a mail this evening frm BRP COURIER SERVICES that my BRP is ready to be mailed to the address i used in UK.

Does it mean that my visa is ready because i didn’t get any other mail asking me to go pick my passport and the status of my application on the TLSCONTACT APP is still at the RECEIVED BY DMC stage and hasn’t changed.

Can anyone comment on the possible outcome of such BRP readiness message?

It's not necessarily a generic email.
Or a worrisome one.
Sometimes it means just what it says - they might make a decision outside the timelines, maybe because they are checking your docs/statements further and they could phone you to ask more questions.
Sometimes they might not.
I know someone who got it earlier this year and they phoned him and did a second interview with him hammering on his "genuineness" as a student (he was kind of oldish - mid-40s) and his income and career prospects (he had just left his job), etc., etc. They eventually gave him.

How many visa to the uk have you been issued is different from how many times have you been to the UK. ....... these are two different questions . Your answer should be 5 times

Depends on your preferences and how much you're willing to spend. Campus accommodations typically cost up to around 40% more than off-campus accomodation per annum.

Would you like an ensuite room, an ensuite room with shared kitchen or a room in a shared house?
Would you want a place on campus for easy commute to class or would you prefer to live in town since campuses can be quite lonely during holidays?

2 options:
1. Withdraw your application before it's assessed and fill a new application but your visa fee won't be refunded. Ensure that you inform your school before you do this and let them know why.
2. Include a cover letter with your dependants' applications to explain the error. I can't categorically state that this will work because there's a section that states that all dependants be listed even if they are not travelling with you and UKVI places the onus of application information correctness on the applicant. It might also lead the UKVI to believe that you deliberately withheld this information (misrepresentation/ deception) as explaining that it was an error at a later point might not cut it; it will be difficult to prove that it was a genuine error.

Keep your school in the loop and bear in mind the application/decision timeline so you can act fast before a decision is made.

Infact just withdraw this application..because it could back fire on you as misrepresentation..how could you miss out your own children's names ..even if they were not following you immediately..there's no way this can be explained without different meanings to it.. then you want them to apply later...who will they say they are applying to go and join? when that time comes, how do you want to handle this mismatch..

Sorry if I am sounding harsh..but the truth is often hard to swallow.. you need to be fast and withdraw that application..better safe than sorry..
