They do. They were founded by whites and gradually allowed immigrants in under own terms & conditions.

Same with the French. When you think of the French you still think of white majority and they still call the shots. There were Italian, Jewish, Arabian, Etruscan, Gallic, Iberian, British and other races who were roman citizens. But Rome was still about original citizens of Rome on the River Tiber.

At least in Britain the Welsh & Scots have semi-autonomy. With Scottish independence possible again within 10 years.

Yugoslavia was a troubled giant until they split up. Much happier now. Czechia and Slovakia despite such closeness of culture still split up.
