During this Lockdown no agent can guarantee less than 2 weeks, if you get it a week you're just lucky.

I'm not after fast delivery. They have been delivery within two weeks. But this time around is something else. Communication is very important. Good communication will solve many problems. My goods are with aliexpress for 3 months now, but i never complained, because of good communication.

This is what you would have informed me since even if you are lying. Then we have something to pass to those that pass through us. Tell them whenever problems arise. Is it customs, weather, lack of flight, too much of activities, system errors. Just Simple as this. Good explanation will always save you.

Yes I did. He procured and delivered my goods intact but the weight was increased by 3.3kg as I measured on my own scale. He argued that his scale is ok. So expect increase in the kg delivered above the real kg. I have also experienced that with some other person even the ones that claim integrity so it seems it is their culture.
The next goods he will deliver, I will try my scale and some other scales to confirm and if that increase happens I will also report. Trust I will report it the way it is.
