It is well. I went to a wema bank branch this morning to open an account to enable me carry out the payment but I was informed that the limit as further reduced to $100 monthly.

I think the only option left for me will be to pay at the centre

It's important to submit this else, the application will be rejected. If the ECO notices some inconsistencies, he/she might ask for more information on this.

Even if you get away with it now, if you make subsequent applications (ie. Leave To Remain), you will need to state all your family in the UK and your birth country and listing your sister then will expose the lie.
Happened to someone recently and I was deeply pained about it because it was exactly a situation like this where an agent told the person that siblings don't count as immediate family.

She claimed that when she was filling the form, she saw space for grandparents, children and spouses which I didn’t fit in and that’s why she didn’t click it. I received an email with subject “Deferred Complex”
from DMC UK on the 19th September 2020 stating that my application is not straight forward hence they couldn’t meet up with the normal processing time.

I also did not receive any invitation for phone or second interview.

My challenge now is that the latest day I’m expected to enroll or arrive is 5th October, 2020.

Any idea of how long I still have to wait to get a decision regarding my Tier 4 Visa application, as my booking of flight, paying for accommodation and completing my enrollment will all depend on the decision.

Nobody can tell you how long you will wait. The turnaround depends on each case worker and how fast or slow it is processed

Please when a flight is scheduled from Abuja to Uk and first stopover will be in Lagos, can one be able to meet with family within the airport, like the family coming to Lagos rather than flying to Abuja to see you off when the first stop is at Lagos.

158k is alot. You could have find someone you can trust that have Access visa card to pay for priority. Its #126,575 using Access visa card. That's what I was charged. I guess its already too late now that you're the centre.

U might have to fulfil the conditions of ur tier 4 before you can switch to tier 2 (i.e finish ur course of study) except u are willing to forfeit ur tuition.

If and when you finish ur studies (usually within 12 months), and you get another sponsor for tier 2 then the switch shld be swift

There's no predicting these things because anything can happen in the processing centre that will cause delays in bringing out visas.
In my case, the main applicant got first, then dependants a week later.

In another case, dependants' visas were hanging until a paid email was sent and the passports were returned almost immediately thereafter.
All in all, the last outstanding visa has been granted if the rest have been and is probably being delayed due to some oversight at the processing centre.

Or just do the paid email if you hear nothing today.

I guess it's because people are scared of getting refusals due to past experiences or lack of "documentation".
Most agents are in it for the money and short-term, immediate income from a transaction and don't care if the info filled gets people in trouble, only very few agents actually care about an applicant getting banned.

Yes i did and the difference is just under 68k for a flight you booked today leaving tomorrow, that is a bargain .

I called UKVI again yesterday. They said to give them till Tuesday next week that I'll get my passport latest by then. If nothing still, I should let them know and they'll escalate it.
