I am not one to do this and I would never have done this, but I see the need to call this particular Nlder out. Family section is where they create most begging threads, so I might as well post it here. Thanks...

Hello pocohantas.

I fail to understand the fraud here.
I made a comment in 2019 about my problems. I didn't ask a dime then.
A year later **** asked you to contact me on the ish.
I am still grateful for the aid, but I will like you to know that the aid doesn't solve the problem completely. It would only be a fraud if I didn't have said condition or if I do not need any further assistance. This your post does not show conclusively that I am fraud. You only strengthened your case by referencing posts from my previous monikers - Posts that were previously hidden by Seun after I explained to him last year or so.

Yea, I asked for help for a laptop. But how can you falsify that? On what grounds is that a fraud. Can you show that I didn't need a Laptop when I asked for it?
I asked for money for some training. How can you prove that I didn't need the cash for training?
It would be a fraud if already got help on that and still asked. I remember I asked J111333/majorjeffry then, he posted me until the period for the training expired.

Thank you.

So, only you, have series of monikers. Every year you have something you are begging for, yet you don’t think you are a fraud??

You said your drug is about N12,000 for a month, you were given N72,000 for 6mths of drugs. This was in July! Less than 2 months later, you are sending same sob story to the whole of Nairaland.

Okay, can we have the contact of the doctor handling your case at the hospital? Kindly provide his contact for this honourable house.

I understand.
But there is nothing wrong with asking for help online. Whether 1 or 2 or 20 times, as long as your case is genuine.

But, why are you always asking for money/help for one thing or the other? Na only you waka come? Your problem no dey finish? Do you know how quickly you become a huge turn off to others, with incessant financial aid requests like these? Everyone has problems o!

You even talked about older siblings in school, in one of your posts, with one of your numerous monikers, why can't you ask them for these things you come online to ask of strangers?

You people have turned NL to a gofund me platform, for all sorts of projects. You in particular, NL has become your bank to get funding for school fees, laptop, trainings and healthcare. You ma, check am now! It doesn't speak well of you at all.

How exactly can someone with 3 known monikers for begging claim to be a sincere person? How?

I gave an estimate based on the prescription I had then. But that doesn't mean I will always need 12000. As you can see, the two prescriptions aren't the same.
In a teaching hospital, there are many registrars and sometimes multiple consultants. I have met up to 10 different doctors in that hospital. Different doctors give different prescriptions, which have different costs. Many times some drugs are not found in the hospital and have to be got from private pharmacies, they can cost up to three or four times more than in federal hospitals.
For example. 25mg amitriptyline is 10mg per tablet in upth, 20 naira per tablet in military hospital and cost as much as 50 naira in private pharmacies.
As can be seen from the two prescriptions, I do not visit the doctor every month. I buy from chemists or pharmacies most times. I only visit the doctor when there is a new development, or when I am fed up of a certain med.
Following that example.
Before august this year, I actually take 300mg amitriptyline. If I buy for 30 days, that's 12 tablets per day x 30 days× 50 naira per tablet. Thats 18000 naira. If I add risperidone and cognitol e go pass 25000 naira.

Furthermore, since 2017, I have been taking more than the prescribed dose, at least four times more. That's how I got the little improvement.

I do not have the contact of any of the doctors.

Lol. Anything is possible if one has the grace and evidence to establish a clear case of fraud. I just need people to know who they are up against.

In the next two years, I wonder what he’ll need funds for. In four years, he has asked for;

-admission money
-money to start a ministry
-money for laptop
-money for drugs

All with almost 10 monikers. Yet he says he is not a fraudster. He sure isn’t a fraudster, he is something more dangerous.

Madam, you are going about this wrong way. Begging is not fraud, otherwise begging should be banned on nairaland by seun, and there would be no GoFundMe.
At least show some contradictions.
Yes, I have made several threads for help, all genuine.
Your argument is that I have asked help with numerous monikers therefore my current plea is false. That is not scam
Again my previous pleas were all genuine, and so is this one.
I asked for school fees, am I student? Yes do I need help with fees? Yes. Where is the scam there.
I asked for a lappy, is that a fraudulent request? No
I asked for funds for a training which I didn't get. Was the plea genuine? Yes.
Madam, please tell us what the fraud is? I have tens of monikers, if not over hundred. Many I have long forgotten passwords or lost access to the emails. I may opened them for multiple reasons other than to solicit for support.

I still say that case has always been genuine.

Surely a moderator today unhid those posts so that poco can reference them on this thread.
That, to me is not proper conduct.

How can you be using different monikers to ask the same/different people for funds?

Sincerely, I really feel for you. 5 years from now, you'll look back and see how grave this mistake is.

Type your name on Google, and it would be linked to fraud

Sir, I am not saying that I didn't solicit support.
I am saying that my cases have always been genuine.
And that there nothing fraudulent asking for help online.
In my five years in school, how many times did I ask for school fees? Once?
Hostel rent, how many times did I come to nairaland to aak for help.
I only asked when the case I beyond my power?
I didnt open multiple monikers with the sole purpose to solicit help. I opened them for other reasons, these pleas just came along.

IIRC.
I opened a thread on cartalk section. I clearly stated my igbotic name on my posts. Lekan opened a post too in the cartalk section that day. His yoruba name was clearly pasted on the thread.
Oga lexus expressed his doubt cos lekan just opened the account that day? I, who had been on nairaland since 2014 came in, and referred my thread for help since I had been on nairaland for sometime. I never claimed to lekan.
I am an engineering student. He is an accounting? Student. I am igbo, he is yoruba. His was a polytechnic, mine a university. All these were stated in our various posts.
Oga Lexusgs told me that despite my acc details writtrn in my op, I failed to put the amount needed.
Lekan then came to my thread quoting Lexusgs stating he needed 5k. But failed to put his details.
Oga lexus thought that lekan was me and then wired 5k to details in my op. He thought I was lekan, or that lekan was me?
It was in my thread that lexus asked me to put amount, not in lekan's thread. Remember he doubted lekan in lekan's thread because lekan was a new account.
Till date, we don't know who he really wanted to help, lekan or me.
That friday I went to a function, to serve as an usher. I wasn't with my phone until monday when I saw the post.
Since I hadn't been online for days, people thought I absconded with the 5k and then hurled insults at me.
I had over a 100 mentions by monday. It was too late to explain. Thread quickly degenerated.

That matter across multiple threads.

Thank you.
