My benz C230 2006 trunk is stuck, the button control inside the car shows red light which means the trunk is open, I also get warning sign that my trunk is open when I'm driving but the stuff won't open. I've tried with the remote, have tried manual opening with the key but nothing seems to work. Please any idea of what to do? I've been directed to take it to panel-beaters but I need to know if there are safer ways to do it.

Note : this happened when the trunk was opened last week and was closed with force .

Check YouTube videos. However you risk having to buy a new battery if not fixed fast

It's a simple panel beater problem ... You have to look at the catcher and boot sensor

There are other Benz models that have close to the number of horses or can be tuned to that number at half the price of the above car. With better sound too.

It's like trying to buy a tiger and expect it to eat like a domestic cat... Though all of them are felines

C class and V 6 benz don't consume fuel ... But wait a minute when you talk about benz you talk luxury and I don't think that any benz owner talk or dwell more on fuel economy but more on performance and handling....


Not that their MPG aren't good but it is travesty to talk fuel economy and luxury brands ..

Just like the owner of GL 450,BMW X5 , Porsche or Bentley talking or dwelling on fuel rather than performance

If they want fuel they should focus on kia rio, corolla and mazda 323 with all these nissan cars
