I don't think you can get approved with a sub domain name. bro you need to get your domain name with a website built on it. Then you can apply for amazon associate once you have some keywords on the first page of google.

I once had a difficulty doing this when I was more desperate to make sales by setting sub $100 prices out of the door. It appears the default price on Dan is $100.

If I remember correctly, you can set this to whatever you want via "Account settings" in your Dan account.

Don't sell via Dynadot, except you want to use the money to buy more domains.

I have not tried it on mobile before and I do not think it would be convinient or seamless on mobile. You could try it out and see

And he says he doesn't believe in registering new domain, he registers only one new domain per year and sometimes he doesn't bother at all. He only buys aged domain that he believes customers would come knocking sooner or later.
