Videos and pictures will still be taken and stored pending when ever the internet comes back. Also people will still travel out of the country and then post them on the internet. Many ways to kill a rat.

Even though it's still all speculations, I believe the Govt should know it will be ill advised to even try that or give that a thought right now.

When they really decide to shutdown the internet, your VPN will be useless, not shutdown a particular website but internet all they need do is tell your internet service provider to discontinue service case closed

You are a fooooool yahoo is not the problem here , No one should be Judge , Jury ,and executioner ... just because you are carrying gun... there are laws no man should be above the law
You shouldn’t beat people on the street like dogs in the presence of the world... there is international standard that should be met by everyone... when you apprehend a yahoo boy take him or her to appropriate authority for prosecution not to ATM with guns on his face

Lolz, African leaders and tyranny.
Black lives matter is still on in U S and President Trump never thought of shooting down the internet but a fool in Africa is thinking of doing it, anyways it's a welcome development but they should also remember that there are Apps to bypass the internet and I will also promise them that their soldiers, police and families will not believe what will befall them when the come to implement their aim of shooting down the internet which is to kill and hide their evidence from the world.
