I am sorry for the denial friend..just a little contribution whilst we await the gurus.

firstly, In your next application try keeping your business statement of account out of the application. you can declare your business to the ECO and include sufficient document to prove you own the business and it is still in operation. If you do decide to include your business statement of account you would need a very *extensive and apt* explanation for all the funds in your business account with prove as well. If you scroll through this thread, you would see certain gurus have advised against using your business statement of account as your chances becomes slimmer.

Secondly in your next application please submit the statment of account where your salary is being paid into as you can see that the SOA submitted doesnt prove you earn a salary. asides saying you earn a salary the ECO needs to see the credit on you SOA whilst also seeing the debit for monthly expenditure pending your economic status.

my little advice....once again sorry for the denial.

Currently on mortgage loan which am using my salary to pay so currently my account statement will not show my monthly salary but I have monthly pay slips, should I upload the payment slip on my next application and when do you think I can reapplied.

Oh so if i get you correctly, the repayment for the loan is taken straight from your employer before your salary gets credited....If that is the case i would get a letter from your employer and the mortgage company to verify this. Also..i was just thinking, if you have all of your salary being taken for a loan repayment and yet you want to travel for sight seeing in the uk, i dont know if that would reduce your chances for a success story(the gurus can expatiate more).

secondly, as to when to apply... As a result of your visa being denied based on insufficient documentation, i think you can apply as soon as you have all the documents need to address the refusal letter.
you might also want to consider reapplying for the visa after you have paid up the loan ( if this is going to take years, then you can do whatever you choose whilst also getting directions from the gurus).

Thanks brother. I've just been told that the passports with replaced vignettes have been delivered. We used courier. Just like u said, the dates were 17th August.

Hello,
I had to quote this your post cause I couldn't quote your post I want to refer to, the topic is locked.

Please, I am confused right now. I registered for IELTS academics, for Enugu centre. I later found out there is UKVI IELTS academics, for UKVI processes.

I see you've had this same issue, from your 2019 post in here. Please Advise, do I go ahead with the already registered exam or should I cancel and register for one in Lagos or Abuja, UKVI specific centre?

Thanks

u are smart guy, whichever way u come at this , i am guessing , you intentionally left out the part that u are committed to paying off your mortgage loan from your salary straightway(this is probably the cause for the discrepancies in
your bank statement in regards to your salary claim. ) honestly, if u reveal that you are currently paying off the loan you took from d company you work for, the Eco won't still trust that your visit is genuine and that you won't overstay. If u have a robust and running business , i think that will suffice.

What do you want to use the exam for? This would help me guide further. Ielts academic is also accepted for a variety of purposes now eg plab .

If you are currently servicing a loan, this means your salary of 180k doesn't come to you monthly again as some or all of it is deducted from source yes or no?

2. The large deposits found in your personal account, how did they come about?
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Angeltemmy1: 6:10am On Oct 15, 2020
Good day all, I have been refused a short term student visa yesterday (student visa) because I carelessly treated like a tier 4 visa and Indicated that I would Sponsor my self financially hence I was refused due to the reasons listed in the refusal letter. I want to know if I can re apply and use my dad as my financial Sponsor he is self employed, how soon can I reapply and what documents will my dad need. Thanks for your responses in advance
Find the descision below

The decision

I have refused your application for a short term student visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraph(s) A57B (c) A57C (b) (iv) (v) (vi), (vii), (ix) and A57D (b) because: You state that you are travelling to the UK to study at the London Academy of Trading. You state that you are employed as a Service Executive. In support of your application you have submitted your enrolment letter from your UK sponsor and your employment letter stating your role and study visit. However, I also have to take in to consideration your personal and financial circumstances in your home country. You state that you earn NGN3500000 (£6942 at today’s Oanda rate) a year. You state that you will spend NGN3300000 (£6545) on your trip to the UK. In support of your application you have submitted your bank statement ending in account number ***443 showing a balance of NGN5047237.39 (£10011). Whilst I note funds and salary receipts in your account your account shows several deposits that I am unable to verify the origins of. Furthermore, I do not find it reasonable that you will spend nearly a year’s salary on short term study programme for 3 months 8 days. Therefore, I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a short term student and that you have been accepted on a course of study. I am also not satisfied that you have access to the available funds for your intended trip. Your application has therefore been refused under paragraph A57C (b) (iv) (v) (vi), (vii), (ix) and A57D(a)(i). Furthermore, I am therefore not satisfied that you intend to leave the UK at the end of the study or at the end of 6 months whichever is sooner. Your application has therefore been refused under Paragraph A57D(b).

Am also a car dealer, most of the deposits/withdraw are from my car business. Which I uploaded my company receipts to back it up

Ok . So the car deals are also entering your personal account as multiple deposits and withdrawals.
Then the salary u told them u earn could not be ascertained on ur bank statement but unknown to them this is because u are servicing a loan. This is a bad sign I think.

I dnt think u should reapply until u can sort out ur salary credits to appear monthly on ur bank statement in full.
If u decide to use funds from ur business to sort your trip out, then be ready to make a clean account as a self employed business man.
This would preferably entail u runnin a clean personal account and paying urself a fixed monthly amount from ur business account. Do this for a period not less than SIX MONTHS. Not to jumble and mix them both up
Ur business money is for the running of ur business, if u want it for holiday, there are processes. Pay urself monthly a salary, from this fixed monthly salary u wud be able to determine the answers to d rest of d questions.

Search on this thread for those that successfully applied for short term courses and were given. However I do know u must prove beyond reasonable doubt as to why this course is of the utmost benefit to either ur educational achievements or ur professional career.
Plus the ECO is not convinced as to why u would spend almost all what u earn in a year for a course that lasts 3 months and u are done. He didn't see what would necessitate such and thats why I said u should address purpose and intention. These are in doubt.

Secondly why do you have multiple large deposits in your account? Did you provide proof of their sources? ECO feels you did money lodgement and as such the money in ur account is not yours and ultimately not available for your study.

Hello All,
I am an experienced software engineer working in Dubai. I have decided to migrate to UK and want to do it via Msc route. I want to do Msc software engineering at a top university in UK and I saw one from oxford university that I am really interested in. But the program is part time for about 2 years. My questions are
1) Is it possible/likely to get student visa for part-time Msc program?
2) If yes, Must I finish the part-time program before I can convert my Tier4 visa to Tier 2 visa even If i get a job during the program?

Thanks

U can use WAEC/NECO for BSC admission and UKVI purposes. Please speak well with the school representatives before paying for ielts.
So many have used theirs without hassles.

1. The much am aware, you wouldn't be given a student visa for a part-time MSC program.

2. As a student you will be on Tier 4 and would not be allowed to work more than 20hrs per week during term time. So if you are studying full time Tier 4. If you are working full time Tier 2.

Before u decide to reapply please how do you intend to tackle the reasons for ur refusal, you are seen as not a genuine student because of the proposed cost of study in relation to your salary and then u have money lodgements, if u have tangible reasons with paper evidence to the above 2 then I believe you can go ahead.
Otherwise, even if your father is sponsoring, the onus is on you the applicant to prove beyond reasonable doubt that you are a genuine visitor without plans of overstaying. Therein comes your ties to Nigeria. Kindly work on this too.

Can you kindly assist on how best to tackle these, I genuinely intend to return after the study , I included my letter from employer that I will return to work after my studies,
I got money lodgements from my corporate account and my current account but I didn't include letter to explain it.
I have a company account which I a signatory and my mum is a co director. I submitted CAC
I am married and included my marriage certificate. If this is sufficient as home ties.
I have a sister in UK
I indicated that I intended to stay with my cousin who stays closer to the school.
thanks.

You can pick a flight to Glasgow from Heathrow or take a bus from Victoria Coach Station to Buchanan Bus Station or take a train from London Euston to Glasgow Central. Bus is the cheapest while a train ride is the most expensive.

Yeah but they require in order to use a train, I have to book with a debit/credit card and then show the card and booking reference for collection of ticket. My problem now is, I don't have card and even if i told someone to book for me, how would I show them the card?

You can buy ticket at Heathrow airport through the counter but it could be expensive . Coach will be better and cheaper especially if you are carrying loads

If the person indicates it's a third party booking, you wouldn't be required to show the card. Like how BA requires people to show their cards for flights originating from Nigeria safe for third party booking
