please what is worst here, somebody hire you regardless of your ethnic and the next thing is to walk-out of a live program, the program you are anchoring and she thinks there wouldn't be consequence , she is giving igbo bad image if you don't know you think TVC will not ask themselves question before hiring someone from her tribe now. small time people will be saying don't generalize and majority of you are doing the same thing, Bourdilion gave her that job in the first place, its within his right to sack and hire as he like.

I mean, this tribalistic idiot acted so unprofessionally on national TV and got rightly sacked! But trust these Osu IPOB people to play ethnic victim. That old fool Onyeka Onwenu also played the same Igbo victim card when the new Buhari administration expectedly relieved her of her duties. I'm tired of these people mehn!

This is why I always look at these Yoruba "sophisticated morons" who try to pander to Igbo or pacify them. You don't pacify Igbos. They are naturally a very hateful and vindictive people. Once the Igbo despises you, there's nothing you can do.

I'm afraid this Lady might have bite more than she can chew. cos as it is now she will be asked to provide evidence of how she know the message came from Bourdillon and I'm sure she cant proof that. the person she mentioned that told her will definitely deny it if true she said so,

You see dat Oba of lagos, that man is a foolish old man. that can do anything to get tips from Tinubu. I so much respect the ooni of ife, a well respected and sensible being. bribe has blocked that oba of lagos brain.. He wants to drown the igbo's when he has made zero contributions to the IGR of lagos.
The Oba of Lagos was making a joke ! By the way his audience was made up of Igbo people !
And he didn't say anybody would drown anybody.
The way you guys like to play victim and take things out of context is annoying. How many years have you been propagating this lie ?
The Oba of Lagos has no problems with Igbo !
The person you shouldn't respect is the ooni of ife whom is a Yoruba supremacist and thinks Igbo should bow down to him.

How did she got the appointment in the first place if Yorubas hate Igbos that much?

Or you just type without thinking??

“She said in a series of Instagram posts on Friday that she was singled out for punishment because she walked out during a discussion on the of the Oba of Lagos, Rilwanu Akiolu, threatening Igbo people ahead of the governorship election in 2015 which was won by Akinwunmi Ambode.”

So she walked out of a live show. Is that not enough to query her?

She is not the only non-Yoruba working at TVC, then why is she trying to feign innocence by appealing to tribal sentiment when she was let go coz her action?

We have the likes of:
Obiajulu Ugboh
Azuka Oare
Mike Okwoche
Veronica Dan Ukpoyi and etc.

The same Bourdillon appointed all the above and yet you guys will be here wailing daily accusing this same man of tribalism.

Nothing new about these people bro. Remember when Onyeka Onwenu accused the Buhari administration of relieving her of the post she held under Jonathan because she was Igbo? Many people from other ethnic groups were also sent packing but only the old fool Onyeka played the ethnic card.

You said it all. I don't think this happened because she's Igbo by tribe but because of her unprofessional conduct.
NGpatriot:
Typical ungrateful, disrespectful, disloyal, tribal and bigoted ipob rubbish.

Why are ibo people like this?

YVC hired gave you a job to do and opportunity to progress in life regardless of your tribe or ethnic affiliation, but you got sacked because of your unprofessional, immature and irresponsible behavior when you walk off the set and a nationally televised live show all because you couldn't suppress your bigoted and tribal sensitivity.

TVC that hired you in the first place did so regardless of your tribe is a serious and professional organization with image and reputation to protect, they don't need tribe and ethnic sensitive people tasnishing their reputation, walking off a nationally televised show and making them look like a kabukabu organization.

You can not do this on CNN, FOX news or any credible establishment and not get fired on the spot, your manager don't even have to talk to the director or your maked up Bourdillon before firing you instantly.

...but as usual with ibo people, Tinubu is always responsible for their misfortune and horrible personal decisions when in fact the same Bourdillon as you insolently stated gave you that job and opportunity in the first place.

You ungrateful and ethnic bigot, you don't deserve that job and I'm glad you got thrown out.

Good riddance.

I don't even know what they are defending here.

The same councillor didn't see her tribe when he gave her the job?

Or bourdillon hire even many more igbo people just like her?

Most of the names you mentioned are not Igbo names

For instance, Okwoche is a Benue name

Considering how sensitive the issue is, they shouldn't have allowed her on the show

Staging a walk out of the program was unprofessional

I am neither Igbo nor Yoruba, so I can say without any bias that you are a bigot. Are you saying that if she worked for your tv station and was rude by walking out on set, you won’t sack her?

Have you not come across a TV program or a radio program when a caller deviate from the point of discussion he/she will be cut off. Therefore sending a message to the next caller that your tv station don't want to discuss such issues because of its sensitive nature.
She did what any reasonable Igbo will do by walking out on that program. You can't be mocking her tribe and expect her to keep mute and she paid the ultimate price of getting sacked. Talk of service to her people.
Today she still came out strong and that is the igbo spirit.

Budalion can be a mini god to the Yorubas but Budalion is nothing to the igbos.

With all the igbo graduates the man don hire and allowed daily bread and life time opportunity from this TV station where nearly all the main presenters are igbo to the graduates he hired as commissioners and the ones he even sent to Abuja for higher national position, you still hate and want to kill him.

Do you know how many igbo graduates you are trying to render jobless?

Are your own leaders doing better for igbo people than this Tinubu man that you hate so much?

Why are igbo people their own worst enemy and main obstacle.?

3 out of the five TVC major presenters are igbo graduates so did Tinubu mortgaged their future when he employed and put them on National TV?

You people have some serious anti social and self destructive issues

You think they are called "ungrateful" for nothing?
Tinubu is under attack because of these same people who can't get his name off their lips. Tinubu stole and impoverished South East according to them while Peter Obi, Uzor Kalu and co. are saints.

I don't pity Tinubu sha, cos he was warned and even fought with competent Lagosians to please the Igbos. So whatever he sees, let him bear.
Fashola and co. don't even send them atal, it's this Tinubu, reason Oba of Lagos had to give them stern warning.

The evil in Nigerians is deep rooted

They are quick to shout and call out when they are not the one at the mantle

But the moment they have the opportunity they forget completely what they had chastised others about in the recent past and go ahead to do worse

Many of us engaged on this protest is not doing so for the genuine love of goodness but simply out of frustration for not being in same position to effect power over others

We are complaining about SARS
1. But same Nigerians are quick to mete out jungle justice on a criminal and burn them to death
1. Same Nigerians all in the name of cultism hack down each other in supremacy battle
1. Same Nigerians will not wink an eye before using another fellow for money ritual purposes
1. Same Nigerian will conspire to kidnap even their own blood relative, not to talk of someone who is not their relative
1. In the North same Nigerians are killing fellow Nigerians in the numbers and hacking them to death all in the name of insurgency, banditry and what have we

The list of the evil a Nigerian is capable of is endless

No matter how much our demands are acceded to, Nigeria cannot make head way until each of us leaders and followers alike, develop what is called Attitudinal Change

I dont think tho that the sack was ethnically motivated. It was just a show of crass power from the elites protecting their interests. Tinubu should have known better. But then again, who is surprised by the conduct of the elites of this country
