yes it was indeed hijacked by hoodlums who were driven in govt vehicles to disrupt peaceful gatherings, or by the same folks who intentionally let go of prisoners just to put blame on innocent protesters, for the first one week or so the protest was peaceful across nigeria, until the govt started using thugs to disrupt peaceful gathering, even the spate of lawlessness recently recorded was done after the lekki shooting by the military. yet everyone is blaming protesters, when it was the govt who hijacked it.

People keep using the words massacre and genocide. What happened at Lekki was a wrong move sending the military in but it was neither of both. The president said all 5 demands of End SARS has been accepted. What do we want gan? That a Nigeria that corruption has been institutionalized will change overnight?All the youths that got a chance to protest without police security around, what did they turn the opportunity to? Looting and stealing. These are the same youths who are shouting they want to take over.
