Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by jideflash(m): 1:10pm On Oct 26, 2020
lol. i still consider the risk for the damages, but with a dividend yield of 20%, when i entered at 0.25, i can afford to weather the storm. Waiting for Q3 result and abit of insider info wink.

For Insurance Companies, this is time for Make or Mar.
Believe that people will secure more properties going forward - lead to MAKE.
While some insurance companies have to pay through their nose for the vandalized insured properties - leads to MAR.
For investor to discern which is which is a great deal.

Guys what is your opinion on the loses bank suffered in the vandalization of their properties, surely, this will affect their bottom-line, wouldn't it?

Hmmm, that means anyone who has shares in insurance companies should start planning to offload then, because I believe their numbers will be ringing non stop now?

Serious fall o, I think it will be a major blow on the insurance sector during this time. I hope some of them will recover from this but that will take some time

Well insurance companies are also insured, I think it's called reinsurance

Last last its d parent company that will carry d big bill like axa instead of mansard or stanbic South Africa instead of their insurance arm

Fbnh comes to mind with their sale of insurance arm

If u code with python u can scrap investing.com with investpy module. Problem with investing, com is dat their data starts around 2012 and it is also daily time frame. U can check d NSE website but it is not free.
