As a traditional ruler, this project has to be owned by the community so that it will be passes on from generation to generation.....but what do I know in a society where tradiorional ruler drives Bentley yet 80% of his community dwellers are poor. Selfish people.
Owned by which community? most of these resorts are designed for expatriates and the very wealthy of the society.
There are some 'affordable' ones though.

The Inagbe Grand resort is one of the many lovely beach resorts in Lagos. It is owned by the Ooni of Ife. One amazing thing about Inagbe is the fact that it is an Island and can only accessible by boat. It is located in between a sea on one side and a lagoon on the other side. This made it so unique. Inagbe from Lekki is about 25-35 minutes boat ride.

It is located along the Badagry Creek. It has a spa, lounge, seaside lounge, water sporting activities, beach soccer , football pitch, basket ball and volleyball courts and many other facilities to keep you entertained.

4. One of the transport boat at the resort

My brother, a traditional ruler has no bussines in non-agro bussineses, let's not be selfish na......the queen of england and her offsprings don't do bussineses, they use their influences for humanitarian services. This resort should have been owned by his community and managed by a board of trustee from the community who will in turn utilize the proceeds for the development of the community. The profits can be used for stuffs like scholarships awards or healthcare support for the community.

Since it is an Island, it is only accessible by boat , so we chattered a Boat from Lekki Phase 1. The cost of boat varies You will have to hire a boat to get to the destination. The resort boat starts at 18,000 per person , If you are visiting for a day trip the cost is about 8,000 for daycation if you charter your own boat.

THe rooms starts at 45,000 per night, I will pictures of some of the rooms.

However if you would like to charter your own boat, which is what I did it cost between 100,000 to 300,000 for a day trip This depends on the size, type of boat , the number of passenger the boat can take and your pick up location etc

Do we have azure waters in any part of this country like the whites do? All I always see every where I go is these rusty brown ugly colored water. From the Niger river to those ones in the Niger delta down to the Lagos lagoon. its all the same. Just asking.

You sound like a foool, he owns this resort before he was crowned as a King. Asides that, what stops him from having chains of businesses. He is a hustler before he became a king. He's aspiring to be the richest in Africa, deal with that.

You don't need to insult when making your point.....haba!! Wetin dey worry una for nairaland self?? My father is not a traditional ruler so I can't give his house to be used. 80%/of traditional rulers are gifted Prado jeeps almost perennially, they own exotic cars like Bentley and the rest yet their communities are impoverished. In my own humble opinion, for a traditional ruler, the interest of his community should always come first rather than personal affluence and aggrandizement especially in the poverty capital of the world. That's my point young woman.

Very beautiful we should encourage tourism in Nigeria

Tourism brings development to a nation
Encourage which tourism, a country that's not safe and no electricity. Common streets light no dey, kidnapping everywhere. Those good old days where people move about in Nigeria without fear is gone. Withdraw money without fear na problem.

Wonderful edifice enhances tourism, in addition to extra mile hospitality. Two things you can't get here often.

Even this one, by the time u visit there two or three times, u will get bored of the whole thing.
