Please, what does this mean for current shareholders in GTB? I mean, shouldn't they look at raising money from the stock market since they're expanding instead of delisting? Thank you.
@onegentleguy
it is proposed that the issued shares in the bank be exchanged on a one-for-one basis for the shares in a financial holding company.

1. GTB Plc will become GTB limited

2 . GTB limited will become a subsidiary of the holding company.

3. Every One GTB shares will be exchanged for One holding company shared.

Other holding company in the NSE

Stanbic IBTC
FBN Holdings

You can add yours to the list.

They need to split the stock and adjust price to make this stock attract investors.
But with this acquisition,I expect the price to go close to 1.50 before the mgt thinks of what to do with the huge Os.

Not sure they own ARM. It's Investment One and Datamax, I think.

Good Morning House,
Please does anyone have a contact for gtlregistrars? I have outstanding 11plc dividend with them. They have not acknowledged any of my mails and the phone numbers on their site is either busy or not reachable. I submitted my mandate at the bank and got proxy invite to the last AGM so I don't think its a mandate issue. If there is any other way to reach them, kindly share.
Thanks

They might reabsorb Mansard insurance, Investment One, and Datamax.

ARM is not part of the group.

Ibrahim505:
What is the English meaning of this please?
A complimentary way of greeting among a particular ethnic group in Nigeria, the Yorubas.
They have various " E Ku" forms of greetings................E ku ise (work), E ku ana (yesterday), etc.
"E" there is plural, like referring to many people or a way of respect for elderly ones.

E Ku Market was "invented" to Nsempa by Currentprice
CP, oya come and carry your kwesion, I don try. grin

Btw, Im surprised no one attempted to explain this to Ibrahim since he asked.....and we have quite a lot of the "E ku" guys here. sad
Seems silence and ghost mode is the way to go here now.......everyone wants to keep coming to read and gain but dont want someone else to benefit from them........... huh

I have been looking for the company that acquired AFAM. Is it Transcorp Power Limited that is 51% owned by Transcorp Plc and I do not even know who owns the rest of the 49%. Or Is it Heirs Holdings Plc?
