I only contacted just 30 endusers the day i reg the name. BIN was $299 but received an offer of $250 and i accepted. Buyer went mute for hours until Dan sent a payment reminder after 24hrs i got the offer. I copied the buyer name from Dan and type it on my Google chrome search box by adding oregoncoast realtor with the name and google narrow it down directly to his website and email. I just copied his email and import it to Dan lead and also sent him a reminder myself. He replied that he didn't know how to proceed to payment after accepting the offer. Immediately i imported his email on dan he paid 15mins after. I pushed the name and the whole transaction was completed within 3hrs.
I was also charged 5% commission instead of 9% because i imported his details on Dan lead

2. Definitely, with patience and perseverance
3. U may not earn anything in the first 6months, and u may also earn million+ naira in that period. Here is where the patients play a major role

I've seen some people attacking me for saying we should tone down on the way we report low dollar GEO sales on nempros. I never said we should stop reporting but we should do it with sense. It's obvious we can't compete with some of these guys. The rate of GEOs being backordered has increased astronomically in recent times due basically to some sales reports. This I can authoritatively say. Apart from the issue of backordering, I've even seen a situation where some guys reported some low dollar sales on an important niche here and on Namepros, a week later, almost all important cities in the US on that particular niche are registered with BIN price of $2500 and above. How many Nigerians or Indians would put that kind of a price on GEOs? Very few and so, basically it's the white guys. I'm not against reporting all brandable sales on Namepros and GEOs too but with GEOs make we apply small sense because na geo we dey take chop small small for now.

There are several factors working against us as Nigerians in making money online. We must therefore be very wise in decision making process. I have a GEO domain I should have long sold but the end user is suspecting I'm not from the US. He's asking how much I was making with my company and that website in that city, even when I told him it's a domain not a website, asking for proof of my address in US and all sorts of questions I must call him to clarify. He says he likes the domain but all these things he's asking is making things complicated. But with their people, I'm sure him for don buy the domain since.

All the answers to your questions have one thing in common - patience. Start by reading first. That you have a spare N500k to invest in domaining doesn't mean you'll quickly be making sales, if you don't take your time to reaaaaaaad. Someone may buy only 4 domains at the beginning and make 1000 dollars in a month because he had a very solid understanding and knowledge before he began buying.
