I will advice that GTBank shareholders start taking their profits now, irrespective of their time horizon in the market. The reason for my statement isn’t far fetched as the Holdco transition is more of a disadvantage for minority shareholders. However, I will advice you leave some units and keep watching as the Holdco unfolds, from experience and history it has shown that HoldCos at their inception sell at a discount, hence the need to be patient. Also shareholders will need to watch out for draconian tax law in Nigeria on HoldCos as “Excess dividend tax” is something to watch out for. Dividend in HoldCos are taxed twice. Their are so many disadvanges I won’t be able to state here which overweight the advantages. 1 Like |

A reminder that this life is just a pot of beans. We were begging people to buy our Zenith at N18 some months ago and they were giving us the cold shoulder, now they are queuing at N22+. 2 Likes |

NASDAQ STOCK PICKS As expected the premarket is burning red hot especially for the Canabiz stock and alternative energy equities. This is a good time to be in the market. The Electric Vehicle, Cannabis Sector seems to be the 1st beneficiary of this Biden Presidency. For everybody in this forum I say congratulations for belonging here. Our picks for the week looking at the chart pattern SOLO looks good and had the backing of likely improvement in earnings. NIO, XPEV, FUV and KNDI are the others . The 1st 2 looks high. We will prefer the ones that have not run up in price much SOLO/KNDI. I can't remember the people I sent the chart to. If you are in our e-mail list congratulations. Our portfolios are designed to buy at blood in the street point and thus will require small stop loss.
