Igbos are not forcing ikwerre minorities into any alliance. They are the ones stealing Igbo language, names and identity. When they commit crimes at the national or international level, people will say 'omo Ibo don commit another one' not knowing he is an Ikwerreman with Bini heritage and Igbo name.
