Personally I have no problem with the Nigerian Biafran war but the difference is that The Nigerian war was hijacked while Ojukwu used precise military intervention to stop Borro, Why didnt Ojukwu target Niger delta civilians that's the difference, Ojukwu went after the assumed rebels, Nigerian government on the other hand is notorious for targeting civilians
