She's not lying, they cut from below the belly button to the upper part of the vee.

I know 3 ladies who've gone through the procedure and they told me same thing, one of them was my cousin.

The three types of appendectomy I know which are Conventional laparoscopic appendectomy, double‐incision, 3 port laparoscopic appendectomy do not involve any region of the vagina. Although its close to the upper pelvis and groin area.
