OP youre right to rethink things and want to put your life in order but you might as well have to play your part very well before you cut things off..
Eating out and all might have stemmed from the over indulgence you have given her from the start, maybe that you take her out to eat all the time and most importantly before cutting it off, just try communicating your turn offs with her and things you cannot tolerate such as her dirtiness which might actually be that she doesn't take things too seriously or just dont care much..
