I no talk say omah lay no good but it's too early to start comparing him with the likes of Wizkid/davido...I get most of his song on my playlist na...He dey try but remember that all those singing trash today started well (with the passion to be known) and after them don blow, na so so trash most of them dey sing

Wizkid/davido should be compared with artiste in their class (olamide,phyno,burna boy, young6ix, solid star etc) and not upcoming artiste like fireboy and omah lay (who's spent barely a year in the music industry)

I'm tired of the Davido and Wizkid hype. Yes they have sang lots of popular songs and yes they have helped introduce foreigners to Nigerian music, but their songs have lots of wack lyrics and stupid repetition of lines. And recently the quality of their songs have dropped.

If you want to listen to good Nigerian musicians that have great lyrics in their songs and not the rubbish from the likes of Davido and Wizkid, listen the the songs of these Artistes I'm about to mention.
