Why? The Bible can be interpreted in many versions by whoever is purporting to comprehend, your assertion doesn’t make it fact.

Have you read it? The NIV...

Ok if you can't tell me for John since it new testament, tell me about the Hebrew 1:8..
How many times must I tell you, the New Testament is a story created by the Godless Europeans, why don’t the Jews who claim the promise was for them believe the New Testament stories? Synagogue attendance is Saturday, it was changed to coincide with the worship of the Sun God (Rah), by the Europeans, is Jesus Christ Caucasian?

See I agree with you that The Bible might have one or few contradictions here or there but one thing that is always constant is the Divinity of Jesus Christ(Yashua)
The Bible made it clear that Jesus Christ is the word of God and all things were made through him and by him and for him.
I'm not part of the Trinity group o but I believe that Jesus Christ was there doing man creation because even him said Before Abraham, I was.

Why is it that only Christian understand this passage differently . Every other culture or tradition on earth has the original idea..

Man is a composite creation made up of spirit of God + dust of the earth..

If you continue reading you will see where it says God formed man from the dust of the earth and breathed in to his nostrils and man became a living soul..all the creation myth in Nigeria says the same thing. Obatala made human from mud of the earth and called olodumare to animate them. Same with the Igbo creation . the Gods Igwe and Ala....

God was talking to the earth. Or mother nature..

Not any fictitious jesus..

Some how you are right but the more you look into this matters the more you lose focus. The whole thing is vague and infinite. Just live your life in peace with everything and everybody and go.

Brainwashed and miseducated elements. When God said, "Let " US" make man in our own image", WHO WAS THERE WHEN MAN HAD NOT BEEN CREATED? Who was there to listen and hear or witness the conversation?
This and other scripts were stolen from Egyptian BOOK OF THE DEAD and plagiarized without copyright references.

However, if we are to examine the saying critically, it means that Deity is talking to other Deities (Gods) like himself or herself who were in a gathering, and not some holy goat or Zeus (Jesus).
You can confirm from the variations of the human race. All these groups or races of human species were created by their own Supreme Deity who were present in that gathering before creation, where they agreed to create HUMANS according to how each of them looks (image and likeness).
So when next you look and see yourself in the mirror, you're looking at the image and likeness of your Supreme Deity/Creator/Creatress who made you in their own image and likeness; and not the Caucasoid image of Jesus hanging on the wall of your house who doesn't look like you in any way.
The Hindu Deity or Creator then created the Dravidian people according to His/Her own image/likeness (looks). The African Deities created their own African people according to their own image and likeness. The same goes with all the Caucasoid, Asiatic, Arabic, Orient, Samoan, etc, people. If only one Deity (God) created people in his/her own image, why do the people/races have different images and anthropological and or physiological features? Why do they vary significantly in looks according to distinct Races? This is why the Christian and Islamic scholars cannot answer the question when asked, "What was the race of Adam and Eve"? If Adam and Eve are Caucasoids, where do Blacks come from? We know that two Caucasoids cannot reproduce one Black Man and vice versa. Albino is not Caucasoid because the African albino retains their African physiological attributes of hereditary biological traits from their African Forebearers which significantly differentiates them from European and other Caucasian races of human species.
Today, all other races or people look like the Deities they worship while Black Africans worship a Deity that looks like Caucasians. They have been brainwashed and made to deny their original Identy and Universal Deities of their creation. Shame!!!
Indian and Dravidian people worship Krishna and other Deities that look like them because they know their Creator created them in her/his image. The Orient people worship Buddha who looks like them. The Caucasian people worship Zeus or Jesus who look like them but Africans worship a caucasoid Jesus who don't look like them or their Ancestors because they are nothing but religious faithfools.

Oboy is correct all religions basically have the same myth about the creation from Christianity to paganism, so for a certain sect to come & say a man created the universe is an insult to Mankind.

Mind you scientist laugh at us & say the universe came into existence after the Big Bang.

He was speaking His Will to the Word and His Will to the Spirit of God. The Word is the custodian of all life. If a thing is to exist it must be Word first. The Spirit is the executor of the Word, the Maker of things. The expression of life.

I ask this question, because of the teachings of certain sects and religious groups, such as Islam who claims Christ was just a prophet, the Jehovah witness who claim Christ is angel michael, and some other groups who try to discredit and deny the divinity and preexistence of Christ.

I presume God's statement (come lets make man in our own image) in the book of "Genesis" was directed to Christ and possibly the holy spirit which is a proof for the doctrine of trinity...

Anyway if there's a contrary probative opinion with cogent evidences, am ready to learn and be corrected.

Its a very simple question that has already answered itself inside the question . I will answer the question however, with logical points

1. Bible said man was/is made in the image of God. True.

2. So if the same God we are made in his image, now say, let us make man in our image...that means the people or person he was referring to
A. Were or are a God
B. Have the ability to make a living being.(meaning the are God), because no other being apart from the Almighty can create a living being.

So the above makes it clear that man was made by God in the same image of the same God that brought the idea out.

But if Hebrews 1.6 says that after God brought Jesus into this world and commanded all the angels to worship him (KNOWING FULLY THAT GOD WILL NEVER SHARE HIS GLORY OR PRAISE WITH ANY OTHER BEING: WHETHER SPIRIT OR MAN....), THEN THAT SHOWS THAT JESUS IS ALSO EQUAL WITH GOD.

And the bible says in many places...THE SPIRIT OF GOD, WHICH IS GOD'S HOLY SPIRIT OR COMMONLY CALLED THE HOLY SPIRIT......

How can God be God and yet his holy spirit not be a God.

Spiritual things can't be comprehended physically.

BUT IF A CUP OF WATER CAN BE PUT IN A FREEZER AND IT CHANGES TO ICE BLOCK, OR THAT SAME ICE BLOCK CAN BE HEATED AND CHANGE TO GASEOUS VAPOUR AND THE WHOLE IS STILL THE SAME WATER FROM THE CUP IN THE BEGINNING, WHY CANT GOD ALSO BE ONE AND YET TRUINE?

the way of God is not the way of man.

Humans love to complicate things, especially what they only have a faint notion of. You were created/modified by an advanced space faring civilization. That was a snippet of their conversation. It is repeated in many parts of the Bible e.g Tower of Babel. But no, you would rather read nonsense interpretations into it. Does that entity in the old testament not behaves & acts like a typical human being? Give humans a 3500years lifespan, increased intelligence & technology and you will also become Gods to some unfortunate creatures also.

He was speaking to "Light" Remember it was light that creates everything on earth,

And also remember the light is Jesus

So he was speaking to the force behind creation — which is the light, same light is the wisdom of God. It is God

Bros, Genesis 1:27 "God created man in his own image,in the image of God He created him male and female" (Compare Matthew 19:4).

Bros, according to Genesis 1:27, quoted by Jesus Christ (Matthew 19:4), God is "He"/ His".

Bros , "He" (God) is how many spirits?
Is "His"/He" a reference to 3 (Triune)?

God, Yahweh "created the Universe THROUGH His Son" and "all the angels shouted for joy."

Yahweh created Man and the Universe THROUGH His Son, Jesus Christ in presence of heavenly angels.

"Let us make man" is a direct speech to all sons (angels) of God.
(Worthy of note: In the spirit realm, Jesus calls himself "Son", Paul calls him "Son" ,Rev 1:5-6. 3:5,12,21. Hebrew 1:1-2. Galatians 4:4)

Hebrews 1:1-2 and Job 38:4-7 throws away Trinitarian FRAUD of Genesis 1:26 into the dustbin.

cheesy wink cheesy

Using the same line of exegesis you have just espoused explain the following verse:

Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord GOD, and his Spirit, hath sent me. Isaiah 48:16

Clearly there are three persons in this verse. The person speaking is clearly not Isaiah because in a previous verse Isaiah 48: 12 regarded Himself as I am the first, I also am the last . Now in the verse Isaiah 48:16 the person speaking, who regarded himself as the first and the last also reported that the LORD GOD and his Spirit sent Him. Here the trinity is made expressly manifest and only those who have ears but cannot hear and eyes but cannot see are the ones who contest the VALIDITY OF THE DOCTRINE OF THE TRINITY.

So tell me who is the person speaking in Isaiah 48:16 and who is the person that the speaker referred to as the LORD GOD and his Spirit?

Another riddle for you sir!

Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou canst tell? Proverbs 30:4

If your answer to the above riddle does not ultimately lead to you accepting the Sonship of the LORD Jesus Christ...then wow, even Jesus Himself, all the host of heaven, even the Father will never be able to convince you!
