SUPREME COURT PUTS TEXAS CASE ONTO ITS DOCKET AS ELECTION DEADLINES APPROACH by Kevin Ryan Multiple states have begun issuing statements of support for the lawsuit filed by Texas that seeks to stop electors from being appointed in four states. The lawsuit — filed directly with the U.S. Supreme Court — alleges that election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin violated the Constitution, tainting the integrity of votes in those states and debasing votes in states that did not violate the Constitution. Realizing that several deadlines are approaching for states to commit electors, Texas says that the court has the power to delay such dates, and “the only date that is mandated under the Constitution is January 20, 2021,” referring to inauguration day. The lawsuit contends that the defendants: • Violated the Electors Clause by improperly changing their voting procedures through judicial or executive action, NOT through legislation. • Violated the Equal Protection Clause by effectively allowing different election rules and procedures in different counties within the states. According to the lawsuit: “Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting. The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. “Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect—they made the 2020 election less secure in the Defendant States. Those changes are inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non- legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution. “By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.” Texas is asking the Supreme Court for an injunction to halt the appointment of electors, and to allow the results to be reviewed by state legislators, who under the Constitution have the power to appoint electors themselves. Republicans control all four state legislatures. The court “can delay the [December 14] deadline for the appointment of presidential electors… The only date that is mandated under the Constitution is January 20, 2021,” the Texas lawsuit says. Get your facts right! The court only rejected the emergency Injunctive bid, to stop certification, not the case itself. Trump's Lawyer clarified that. Besides, Texas and 9 other states have filed a new case with the Supreme Court yesterday to throw out Joe Biden's fraudulent win in Wisconson, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia
Lol, yeah... Throw out votes that were recounted and monitored by both parties.

Imagine the rubbish from a supposedly sane mind. Texas is suing on behalf of the legislature and citizens of other states. Texas wants to determine how other states choose their electors, and they must chose electors that must vote it's prefered presidential candidate.

After the election of Barack Obama in 2012, Texas threatened to secede from the union. I think it's makes more sense for Texas to secede that to force it's presidential candidate on the union.

Texas Wants To Secede From America More Than Any Other State
JUST A WEEK AFTER President Barack Obama was re-elected, a petition by Texans for the right to secede from the rest of the country has garnered some 64,000 signatures, many more than the 25,000 signature threshold needed to get a response from the Obama administration.

The petition was made on the government's "We the People" petitioning web site, along with secession petitions from at least 18 other states.
https://www.usnews.com/news/blogs/washington-whispers/2012/11/13/white-house-flooded-with-secession-petitions-after-obama-re-election

Texas always displaying the same stupid shenanigans after each election it's prefered presidential candidate loses.

the Constitution.
“By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only
tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their
actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff
State and other States that remained loyal to the
Constitution.”
Texas is asking the Supreme Court for an injunction to halt the
appointment of electors, and to allow the results to be
reviewed by state legislators, who under the Constitution have
the power to appoint electors themselves. Republicans control
all four state legislatures.
The court “can delay the [December 14] deadline for the
appointment of presidential electors… The only date that is
mandated under the Constitution is January 20, 2021,” the
Texas lawsuit says.
The attorneys-general of Arkansas, Alabama, and Louisiana
have issued statements of support for Texas case today.
The Supreme Court has placed the motion on the docket, but
has yet to adjudicate.

stop wasting your time writing full episodes,Trump has lost the election it’s so difficult for him and the republicans to concede defeats he is only trying to make gullible people like you to believe his illegal claims about electoral fraud, he doesn’t have any tangible evidence to backup this claim that’s why his entire lawsuit are being tossed out of court room

SUPREME COURT PUTS TEXAS CASE ONTO ITS DOCKET AS
ELECTION DEADLINES APPROACH
by Kevin Ryan
Multiple states have begun issuing statements of support for
the lawsuit filed by Texas that seeks to stop electors from
being appointed in four states. The lawsuit — filed directly with
the U.S. Supreme Court — alleges that election procedures in
Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin violated the
Constitution, tainting the integrity of votes in those states and
debasing votes in states that did not violate the Constitution.
Realizing that several deadlines are approaching for states to
commit electors, Texas says that the court has the power to
delay such dates, and “the only date that is mandated under
the Constitution is January 20, 2021,” referring to inauguration
day.
The lawsuit contends that the defendants:
• Violated the Electors Clause by improperly changing their
voting procedures through judicial or executive action, NOT
through legislation.
• Violated the Equal Protection Clause by effectively allowing
different election rules and procedures in different counties
within the states.
According to the lawsuit:
“Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the
pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding
absentee and mail-in voting. The Defendant States flooded
their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and
ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are
lawfully received, evaluated, and counted.
“Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts
had the same uniform effect—they made the 2020 election
less secure in the Defendant States. Those changes are
inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-
legislative entities, without any consent by the state
legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated
the Constitution.
