Whenever I see the ladies coming out for prayers for a husband in my church, I will smile. You see, most of the problems we consider spiritual are human faults.

If we had a reasonable leader, we wouldn't be bugging God with most of our problems. Today, we have a senile Buhari and you publicly support him - even though he's obviously incompetent.

I always maintain that many guys who claim that they don't want to marry on Nairaland are simply broke. They can barely fend for themselves let alone doing same for a wife and children. If our leaders were creating jobs, we wouldn't have ladies queuing up for prayers because of a husband.

It's in human nature to hide our failures or inadequacies

Truth is there's blessings attached to marriage. But the uncertainties are so much. Especially in times like this and in this country. One has to plan, be ready mentally, financially and emotionally to venture into this. Though both the lady too. As times have changed.
