No 6-month program will bag you a full-license to practice as a pharmacist. He'll need to write jamb and study the program for 5-6 years, go on a 12-month internship program, and write the PCN professional licensing exam.

I never meant that 6months training would qualify him for a license, he needs d training for experience purpose and to have an idea, getting a qualified personnel can guarantee him a license, moreover, in Nigeria now, people get certificates of training just by being an auxiliary medical personnel for a short period under a fully licensed practitioner though the nurses' association are fighting that scourge now and I also know wealthy people who just establish health facilities and put it in d care of a trained medical practitioner.

Yes you can. What you can't do is to do internship program for 6 months and think that qualifies you to be a Pharmacist.
As a non-pharmacist you will need a Pharmacist to help you. You can either open as a franchise or get a Pharmacist as a director

There is no substitute for experience, make sure you do a small test run to aquire some experience before you pump the whole money into a new business.
