Below is an email I just received from an end-user, though he is of less importance to me because our keywords differ due to a different market segment.

A major target in the niche has told me that my email has been forwarded to the person in charge of the product and they will decide if they want it or not and that email has been read over 25 times by them.

But I want to give this current guy one of those Awesome email response lol, maybe he could bite, you know?

How best can I craft this email? Normally, I usually ignore an end-user once they start talking about SEO and ranking. Mind you, I didn't even mention anything about SEO or ranking in my email.

Ok boss. First, say you want to outbound: austinplumber/king.

Search in the search tab: Austin Plumber

In few seconds you get 100 of emails with corresponding websites and sources it was fetched from.

So now if the email has name@gmail.com I don't need to stress ma self to huzzle the owner..becos I know Gmail is likely 80% would get to owner.

If the Gmail has info@companyname.....badluck..I so much hate this one...I only send email to info@ if only I can't get owners email or co-owner, president etc.

If the results also come with different names like: adam@...., Kevin@...., Sarah@...I try to get the main owner...save other emails to note pad and outbound only to the most relevant person. I don't send multiple emails to different ppl in the same company to avoid spamming. So I try to narrow down to get d most relevant of persons..

On finding owner:

I simply paste this format in Google search and find: Owner/CEO/ companyname/com

Thus if the company web address is: austinplumber dot com

I type in Google: owner austinplumber dot com

Or CEO austinplumber dot com

Google pops up results,mostly the linkden page...thus I go over to the linkden page and use Sql chrome tool to get the email

Sometimes the emails pops up on various web results without using any tool

Sometimes on knowing the name of the owner...I simply use Snov on the main page to get the emails from the options of emails Snov pops up.

Sometimes if the owner doesn't reply or email didn't get delivered. I try using the info@

Chances of making a sale from my perspective depends on if email gets to owner, couple with good price, quality of name, trust(owner perception of your email), trust of landing page, stating clearly how to put the domain to use and most importantly 99% God factor.

A short story about the sale. My initial BIN was $800. After outbounding, someone asked if I would take $400. I came online to get the popular letter where you state you've accepted, the price has changed...blah blah


Oga no do anything. Lol. 72hrs later, I changed the price back to $800. Then during Black Friday, I reduced the price to $475, I followed up, no one responded including my guy that showed interest.


Of recent, when I saw Learner47's reports with sales letters and one end of the year offer letter, I thought of contacting only him first with a combo of the sales letters before reaching out to the rest. I tweaked the letter, sent it to him and he responded by offering $200 on DAN. I countered with $250, he countered with the SP and I accepted. He paid in less than 4hrs.


Don't give up. Keep contacting them. It's obvious the first contacts hardly lead to sales. Keep it going!

I did a little research before I reg couple of .realty I have in my portfolio. So I already know the end users to pitch before I registered them.
I sent the first batch of mails to all of them, fortunately the owner of homerunrealty.com showed interest by offering $125, I countered the offer to $350, he remains silence then I send him a follow up, to up his offer, he later offer $245 which I accepted.

I messaged him "'baba, wet in happen? Why you no wan buy again with price reduction $235. No answer, that was about 2weeks ago.

Yesterday, I follow up with $175 liquidation, he sent the attached reply this morning.

I stumbled on this page around August. Started the knowledge gathering process from page one.

I registered my first name Nov 14, but made the newbie error of misspelling the city. I was notified of the error by an end user during follow up.

I started afresh and registed two new names on December 14. Got leads from Opistorincos and outbounded the next day.

I did a follow-up on 21st and got two offers for $75 and $150. Wanted to reject both.....then came online and saw someone report a sale of $100. I was like...... if my elders on this thread can sell for $100, who's a bloody newbie like me to say no?

So i accepted the$150 offer and the end-user bought immediately.

I then went and registered the singular of the same domain, which I'll use for further follow up.
