What does court decide. Initially, u said it's juvenile delinquency. Did u speak to a lawyer or child rights act before u arrived at ur conclusion that sex between two teenagers is juvenile delinquency? What has court got to do with sex between a 16& 14 year old?

Get a copy of child right act. 18 year is legal age and age of consent. Minors and teenagers are not the same. All minors are not teenagers and all teenagers are not minors. A teenager of 18 years old having sex with minors is a rapist .
