Hi, I have a job but I can't get a letter from HR cos it'd raise questions and I'm not even qualified for study leave. I think I'd have to increase my engagement in my community and volunteering. My dad is not my major sponsor. It is my aunty. 24 can pass off as young yes? Lol Chocs: |

olasubomy:Please I am just about doing a valuation on one of my Dad’s properties. The estate valuator wanted to state in the report that the valuation was being done to aid in my Canadian Visa Application. I told him not to do that and to just do a normal valuation without any mention of Canada. Going by what you said above, should I tell him to go ahead with he initially proposed? |

maestro09:I agree with you, he does not need to state that the valuation is done to aid "Canadian Visa Application" What i meant in my notes was that the valuer can address on the front page of the document to Deputy High Commission of Canada. It is just a suggestion and does not guanrantee visa approval but just a step in making your application look more professional. I hope i have addressed your question. |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by olasubomy: 1:41am On Jan 05, 2021 |
NSE19:What i am implying by you applying alone is that you do not intend taking anyone with you to Canada i.e your wife, child, parents etc so you are applying as a sole applicant and you are leaving behind your family members which you intend to use as home ties that would compel you to comeback and unite with your family after your studies. |

awys:Nice one.... Quick question: also directed to @chocs, lekiboboe, ralhpudoh, Frank, justmellow, all other protocols duly mentioned. 1. Can an organization (such as companies, local schools, etc) send a gift deed, is it acceptable? 2. Is it compulsory to provide the SOA of a donor (person giving the gift deed) 3. Is it ok if an applicant who's a self sponsor receives gift deed? |

MerryCoke:Hi merry!!!. Happy new year. I'll advise that you prepare for winter 2022. That will help prevent unnecessary stress and worries... Although it's possible (June to sept), especially with the NSE Scheme... Bt just so to be fully prepared, apply for the winter 2022 program... All the best. |

deepwater:Hellooo deepgutter!!! At least apply maturity if not sense. No one said what you uploaded is not yellow. This thread is for Canada study permit inquiries and not asia. The guy emphasized on Canada. You were corrected - it' won't kill you neither would it remove your tier nonsense if you could just apologise or better still admit you posted a right info on a wrong page. |

@deepwater you are very very very wrong in every way.You could have read the genesis of the questions that was asked by Lentomac and why he asked it.?.From the landing gist people were posting he saw people mentioned that they filled "yellow card" which also signifies the departure card everybody knows you don't need the supposed "Yellow card" you uploaded for traveling to Canada yet you kept confusing people with your pride because you don't want to accept your mistake @Chocs tried explaining what she was talking about but you Kept talking and adding unnecessary stuffz that we don't even care about keep your profiles to yourself there are people who has achieved far way better than you do but they don't come here to brag about it @Chocs has been very helpful on this thread helping people with their questions even out of her busy schedules right from day one and I respect her for that and respect her maturity as well.Even from your previous post on other platforms actually shows the kind of person that you are!!!. So all those your diversifying post on this issue is not needed at all and very shallow. |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by awys: 4:32am On Jan 05, 2021 |
TeeMade:@Teemade the bank reference letter isn't a compulsory thingy @Lentomac just mentioned it to solidify the MBS as he initially mentioned with your MBS your account is still very credible which they can still confirm so the reference letter na just jara so don't get yourself worked up about not adding .What the bank reference letter just signifies is that the bank confirming that you are the sole signatory etc just the normal stories so just relax and we pray for good success on the outcome that shouldn't determine the outcome!!!.Even I had even uploaded mine with my application initially even before the NSE request came in as GTB Bank issues it I just decided to add it with my bank statement that was why I mentioned that I uploaded mine as well. |

Admin9:Funds available for your studies should be 50,000. |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Admin9: 6:54am On Jan 05, 2021 |
good morming, i have a quick question. If you have paid tuition of say 21,000 and have 29,000 available in your account, when filling your forms, would available fund be 21,000 + 29,000 or just the "29,000"? thanks. |

kelvine95:I will advice you to order for your GCMS note and get the denial reasons in detail. Based on your post, the denial was because of lack of funds or no proper evidence of available funds, so with your GCMS note, you will be able to know where the loop holes were and how to tackle them. |

oladapo2020:I am afraid you might only be able to get bed and bath apartments from 650 cad upwards, getting one below might be very rare and also might not be conducive or worse case it wouldn't come with utilities so even if your bed and bath is 600cad, you might still end up paying over a 100 dolls for utilities and another 40 cad for your monthly phone bills. your monthly bills can easily rack up |

Good morning please is there any evidence of payment one can send to school when a student pays tuition via form A cos my school is still insisting they haven't received my payment. |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Insanity(m): 7:24am On Jan 05, 2021 |
MerryCoke:I will advice you to apply for the September program first, get the admission. Then continue what your doing at the moment by building up your funds account, apply for visa when you're confident of your financial profile. You can easily defer your admission and raise a Web form to update IRCC with the new admission letter. Goodluck! |
