Select the 189 visa while testing and from what you have written, I think you should be able to have a minimum of 75 points on 189.

If you do, then decide which your profession you want to access with - especially one that is related to either/both of your degrees and click each of the tabs inside ( Visa Options, S/T Eligibility, Backlog etc)
The backlog will serve as guide as to how many people you are competing with, so in case there are two professions you may be eligible for, choose the one with less competition.

As you haven't done your English test, I advise you prepare well to have the highest scores ie minimum of 8 in ALL modules of IELTS or similar in PTE.
Your experience may appear small but it may also help you know what to prepare for. Start getting all important documents such as tax, pension etc so that when you need them, you already know what to do

I don't have sufficient details to determine who is best qualified so I will refer you to the site.
Each of you should fill it and then anyone who comes with up with the higher points becomes the primary applicant. Also bear in mind that whose academic degree aligns with their profession between both of you as in some/most cases, if your degree isn't the same thing you are practising you may have some years of experience shaved off or rejected totally.

Nigeria 4year B.Sc. is Equivalent to Aussie Associate degree unless is 5 years
I will advise you use your M.Sc. I think Engineering Australia will assess you.

Play around with keywords such as Public, administration and find the one that is most relevant for you based on your experience.
You should also look at the BACKLOG tab for that profession (You'll see it once you search and select a profession on Anzscosearch) to know how many people you'd be competing with. This may help in deciding the profession you want.
It is also advised that the profession you select is on the MLTSSL List (Click on the List tab on the link I shared)

You didn't state the years you got those degrees and the universities?
Was your first degree 4 or 5 year course?
IELTS 8...does that mean you have 8 in each band cos Australia works with each score and not overall

Please these are my details I am totally confused with the process kindly assist

1. Aussie recognize English test for 3yrs so your English test is still valid
2. I don’t think there is any banking occupation in the occupation list . But check customer service manager roles and responsibilities and see if it align with your responsibility as operations manager
3. Your husband have lost 10 point already because of his age but can still try and write PTE or ielts, Target 8 in all and try IT related occupation

What I will advice is to rewrite your IELTS and pursue Canada especially provincial nomination. If you can target the same IELTS result or higher, with your age and work experience, you will stand a better chance

You can assess as a Financial institution branch manager however it's not being nominated at the moment but you may wait for each state nomination requirement to be out.
In your case, only the years you have been a manager will be approved which is 2 years not 6 years.

Your spouse can also be the PA since he already has more than 8 years experience. He needs to review the occupation list to the get some occupation that relate to what he's doing/done
