If you wait after 3 working days of sell the money will clear in your trading account, you will pay nothing. But if you want the money before the 3 working days,
1. In the 1st day of sell 3%
2. In the 2nd day of sell 2%
3. In the 3rd day of sell 1%
4. After the closing hour of 3rd day, no % will be charge.

Withdrawal charge:

1.00naira – 1,000,000naira = 500 naira

Just speculating, custodian Investment has about 820 million shares of UPDC REIT while UACN has about 750 million shares, other major shares holders are FBN Quest Trustee
