A thief is a thief no matter the gender and condition I have seen some Simps trying to take caution with the thief because she is a female. Go and report to your brother Your brother business will soon crumble and you wont have food to eat. I wonder how Nigerians think, the lack of taking responsibility is why this country is like this today. |

How do u think Ur brother will react if you tell him the blind truth? You will have to inform your brother. Talk with the lady first. Get her reaction. If she is remorseful, then inform Ur brother but plead with your brother to forgive her and perhaps increase the pay/incentive but keep proper record of the stocks & sales. |

NwaAmaikpe:your mentality shock me tbh, you are probably a student and still depending on your parents lol so being a single mother na excuse to be a thief? When you have your own business in the future leave your workers to keep stealing then we would see how that goes ode. |

Possiblegee:I swear all the advice I'm seeing here is probably coming from people who dont have any business and prolly being paid at their jobs,if she is a single mother and needs more money then she should go do another job that pays more. Dont take people's advice seriously most are kids who dont know what life is all about yet or adults who are still living and surviving by their parents. |

If I am your brother and I later get to find out that you saw something that will crumble my business in medium/long run and your annoying pity for a thief made you to look away, I WILL HATE YOU FOR LIFE. She's a thief and she's just starting small. Soon, she will increase her loot and your brother will be out of business, his family suffering, while the looter girl enjoy her loot. It's an unfair world. Don't even try to be faint hearted |

My one Saudi Riyal. Tell your brother but be diplomatic. Firstly, there's nothing like minding your business here. I don't know your culture or religion but in Islam once you're charged with a responsibility, you must act in the best interest of those who charged you with the responsibility. If your brother caught her by himself, do you think he would have sacked her or kept her? Your answer will determine if you're not betraying your brother. In fact, since you're asking this question, it means you're almost certain that he'll fire her. So concealing this from him is betrayal. Secondly, for your own safety and sanity don't let her know you've caught her. People, especially women, can be desperate and irrational when seeking revenge (even when they're wrong). So you should be diplomatic. Even if your brother will fire her, she shouldn't know you're the one that exposed her. It's very important. |

I suspect you are also stealing from your brother hence you won't even think about keeping a thief in his shop. |
