Your dick thickness is determined by the width of your palm or feet.

A wide feet or a wide palm has more dick thickness..

By the way don't take what he said serious, its unique in humans just as your height has nothing to do with your pussy and breast size as a lady.

Those are false assumptions no medical claim to back it up, okay I have a friend with a smaller foot but he is very thick I believe him to be 7.5-8. Tho he is tall a bit like 5.11 not up to sixfeet.
If going by that guys definition, he should be 5.11 inches down.
