A duplex was built from start to finish within 3 weeks in Oguta. It was even built on a totally demolished building, not on land

Two months is impossible in the normal setting .. But with enough money to hire enough laborers.. I mean.. Enough

Three months should be okay

Where i want to build it in the south south.

We don't worry about omo onile because it's not in existence there.
All men in the south south are now all about making money and no time for omo onile or agbero.

The 24 hours stuff you said it's impossible.

I watched KatGrande Nigerian Limited based in Owerri complete and hand over keys of a slightly bigger house under two months and this is no joke. House belongs to a former SSG and Chief of Staff to a governor of Imo state. It is a company I know very well. Holla, if interested - 08035379343

I built mine in 3month and 2weeks, a 4bedroom duplex. So it is possible if there is a enough cash
Re: Can I Build This Type Of House In Three Months? by Steveagro: 7:03pm On Jan 20, 2021
very possible coz a house close to my former area was built in about a month and it actually looks bigger than this one, plus they didn't work at night. I'll only recommend you pay the brick layers based on counting bases instead of daily pay and use more people where necessary.

Its very possible and u don't have to work day and night

For d building in d pix...d idea of a bungalow with such low foundation is outdated...give ur house a facelift and don't let the superstructure sit on the ground.

You care to show a pictorial example of what you describe please?
Re: Can I Build This Type Of House In Three Months? by Akanoaaa(m): 7:03pm On Jan 20, 2021
Very possible if all the more to spent are already available. One man built something like this for his dad and within 3 weeks the house was already painted.

If money is not your problem...

Then it's possible...

Use togo or cameroon labourers..

They are more skilled and charge less..

Divide the work into..24hour rotation...

Day and night...

Open borehole and buy gp tank before anything else sha...

Remember to settle omo onile...

Make person no go shit for your compound stop your progress.
Why we never move up in our development

why won't the federal government bring in chinko as our president

I've heard about the efficiency of these Togolese labourers compared to 9ja ones. Can you enlighten me more please. Thanks

Yea it's true, I live around badagry/agbara axis, I noticed them around doing this job.
In fact I have heard of people taken them to the East and south south to build and paint for them.
Probably because they charge less and more skilled

I believe you're not from this thesame south/south.
What of MATCHING GROUND?
Remember, rotimi amaechi complained of indigenes asking of matching ground during the construction of Itakpe railway. Not to even talk of main south/south here.

If you have enough cash for the project it's no problem. Get a focused contractor and recruit these Togo boys. Trans them down there and make them comfortable. They will finish it under two months. I dey tell you

Do you mean Rivers State or Delta? Both have 'community boys' that I believe are worse than Omo onile.

Delta or River state boys don’t sell lands to multiple times triple people. So yeah, omo onile boys are worse than anything

How much would it cost to build a house like that?
Soup wey sweet...

Na money kill am...

You can just pick the brain of a bricklayer...

He will tell you how many cement blocks you need from foundation to lintel...

Cement block is about 220 naira now.. not sure..

Cement,
Sand is about 17-18k per trip depending on your area..
Granite..
Labour...

To build house no cost sha...
Na land, roofing, tiling and wiring and plastering dey chop money pass..

One more thing... You can use aluminum doors instead of wooden ones

Building a house requires you having a very good Architectural drawing done by a Professional Architect not Draftsman.

Most people will tell you "Give me the job. I'm an Architect". It's all lies. By their works you shall know them. I work with Architects so I know. By the time, you start building your house, you will start having problems upon problems. Why the Stress

Well, a good house or building starts on the Design and Drawing. If the design is faulty what can the righteous do

Click this thread to view mind blowing Architectural designs and drawings. These are works that were done for Clients.

Professionalism at its peak.

If you are not capable financially, don't bother clicking for we charge.
