In my layman analysis, Transcorp is a major contributor for bearishness in market today. Some sell-off/profit taking in other stocks just for great bargain buying in Transcorp.......

....but to say the truth, those Transcorpians no get joy oooo! Within few minutes they devoured half a billion bids at 1.40!!
I fear that stock o.
If stock like FCMB for instance should have such bids, the MM will take it upon herself to move the price beyond imagination......the bids no go finish on time.....

This even makes me to have some more faith in Japaulgold self.

That the weakness of technical only trading because you miss a lot of the market nuances and the biases of the players, however for the most part, technicals tend to predict price movements based on psychology of the market players, we really behave the same in the market everywhere...for real..

Q3 2020 EPS = 34kobo

there was 55% drop in profit, this was largely due to finance cost as aircraft leasing & loan servicing is in dollars.
Also operations slowed down due to slump in the oil industry.
Also ViP charters also reduced due to lockdown and less travel unlike the election year.

Positive Outlook.
Oil price recovery. Their main revenue is from long term contracts with IOCs.
Completed purchase of S92 helicopter for a new contract starting Q1.
Upcoming Launch of 2 subsidiaries with waiting clients
* Training: (equipped with the most sophisticated Flight simulator, 1st of a kind in SSA)

Market is generally bearish today!
Only few stocks resisted the bear, the likes of Wapco, Zenith, Champion, NNFM among few others.......to even say I mentioned this NNFM stock to someone late last year......but don't have any supporting info......he in turn rubbished it...... ....It is well.
There's still some level of interest and quite a lot of transactions despite the red on the floor.........this bear may likely be short-lived.
We see how the remaining trading days of Jan will look like.

I wonder if the installation of new USA presido is motivating some investors to move funds elsewhere

Technically speaking, just an opinion. Personally, not taking any position for JB as from the pattern, it looks like correction is not completed yet...if there are some positive fundamentals then one can take a second look at it....it will be interesting if a retracement kicks in to somewhere around 18N in Q1.
