For sure. Claims of him being the G.O.A.T will be further strengthened. But truly The Kansas chiefs are on another level. When the bills were 9-0 this morning. Realistically I don't see a scenario where these guys beat Mahomes but never count out Brady.

See. Here's the thing people don't understand about interceptions. It's what I tell the Aaron Rodgers fanboys that swore Rodgers played better because Brady had triple his interceptions. It can appear that way to the untrained eye but all interceptions are not created equal. Tampa were already up 28-17 when he threw his first pick deep inside Green Bay's red zone.

Rodgers pick was more poorly timed and in midfield with just enough time and good enough position to get a score.

Since I started following NFL I have only seen two QBs that provided they are in the game, no lead is safe. They are Mahomes and Brady. So that 9-0 lead was nothing

They sped the game up immensely, didn't allow the defense to set. They're a decent team, the youngins have matured. They can take advantage of poor form of teams like Heat and Raptors.

Chairman, calm down. I understand where you are coming from. I was once like you when I joined this thread, a little angry at the occasional NFL banter here. But I came to realise it's just NBA fans chatting about their other mutual passions and that many other NBA forums and talkshows actually dovetail into discussing the NFL especially during the playoffs.

I know it can be challenging for non NFL fans and newbies here but it's been a tradition here and it's been working for us and we don't want to rock the boat, do we? There is an American saying that If it ain't broke don't fix it. It's a wise saying.

What I'll suggest to all is that we shouldn't let the NBA discussions faint just like that while the NFL fever is on and we should put out occasional disclaimers to carry people who are new on the thread along so they are not alarmed at the intermittent NFL 'anomaly'.
