Are you kidding me? That's five months for a session. Wow I am speechless. However, congrats once again.
I am shocked too but at least it would be 100 lvl. It would be stressful but at least one’s time won’t be wasted despite all these delays

I have seen folks who spent much less. But yeah, I am bracing up. There are hardly “fast” universities in Nigeria when it comes to MBBS
Congrats dear kiss

They have really disfigured the academic calendar of many schools. We will be using 5 months to complete a session in Ebsu when we resume. From April to Sept. And then weekend holiday before 200l begins. That way Ebsu would get back on track. If ssanu and new COVID don’t disrupt things again.

I understand..my score is okay for MBBS but the problem is,I didn't pick UNILORIN with UME(skeptical of the admission process).I was told to change but I'm scared it won't reflect on time as the deadline for post UTME reg falls on Aug 31st

Is Unilorin form still on ?

If u scored very high in jamb, i would advise u leave it and not u can convert it. Unilorin will only consider those that chose her as first choice in Jamb DE. U wont even be allowed to buy d post utme form if u chose her as second choice.

The person you quoted is not confused on which course to study. He made it clear that it is Medicine, there's no need owaisting your time and energy to write epistle and at the end, you couldn't give the right response to his question.

Although I am not in the best place to tell you what to do. I will be sincere with you sir I am currently 20. Yes I am Young soon approaching 21. I am currently doing side hustle and computer work for people to get money to invest more in my Business. I am waiting to get into vet school which is 6 years course. I know I will spend extra two three years making it 28 years hopefully I will be done. I won't do residency. Maybe masters but I will go into vet business.
Medicine on the other hand is different except you want to be a General practitioner. Even if its Obstetrics and Gynaecology or Paediatrics you will spend close to 5years. I am just estimating 32 you will be done with med then residency makes it 37 years. There are other courses related to it like Dentistry or even Nursing and maybe Radiography will help you make the relevant income to travel abroad go for extra training and maybe work for sometime and return. If the UK is in your mind Dentistry, Radiography and Nursing is the best bet.
Medicine is a lifetime thing. Doctors are always needed but Age and experience matters. I am not here to deter you or be an obstacle to you so don't misquote me.
There's life after med school that I know of and it is way tougher than being in med school.
Dentists, Nurses and Radiographers are highly sorted in the UK. If it is Nigeria you want to remain Nursing and Radiography is best from communications I have made. If you study medicine here and you want a field like radiology, anesthesiology, cardiology, neurology and oncology and cancer therapy which is highly sorted, we know the politics involved.
Take this from me like your kid brother giving you Advice. He might speak funnily but still makes little sense.
Incase some of you want to question, insult me in mentions, I did not cook up this things I wrote, My Family doctor was formerly working in National Hospital Abuja as a Family Medicine consultant and he is currently working with UNICEF. So read and re-read
my guy, I appreciate the fact that you're being raw. But he doesn't need all these epistles...he needs every ounce of our encouragement to fuel him into working harder..

This is the problem of Nigeria and will continue to be for a long time.
I never told him not too study medicine. I told him to reconsider it because Medicine is expensive. Did you not read his story? He will Train himself. That is not even the issue sef. You fail to comprehend and that is our biggest problem in Nigeria.
You could get angry with my post but I am being Logical here. Did you ask him the field he will like to do? Alternatives, Pros and cons?
You are definitely older than me but you don't sound like it.
this person you're arguing with is a 200L med student.. Why don't you save yourself the stress and read?....read bro...read... U don teh 4 house o undecided

You just leap frog into this matter and you failed to read again. If you follow my post concerning the matter, you will notice the guy said he wanted medicine because is dad suffered from stroke or is suffering from stroke. He also said he has siblings to watch over.
His complaint was like somebody who needed funds to help his siblings and himself. I suggested nursing, some others suggested Physiotherapy.
He didn't even say that he had sponsors until people started asking ans he said he has sponsors. Then everybody said it was fine.
I don't know why it is only my comments you see but I am not here to disuade anybody from medicine. It is a MEDICAL ASPIRANTS THREAD.
Being advanced in age or position doesn't make you all knowledgeable.
If you read Albert Einstein biography, you will know a student of his was a key in his theory of relativity.
Sorry if I sound rude but 200level is no exception of being ignorant.
Your leaders are a typical example of Ignorance and they claim to be knowledgeable.

The TH is really magnificent. It’s one of the reasons I chose the school. I read they are opening by March. But construction works still continues though.
