The lady was being illegally intimidated with arrest to succumb to DNA test on the child.
She rightly refused.

The other lady intimidating her with arrest was committing an offense, perhaps unknown to her.

N20K given to the lady for child upkeep was not enough for child support all the 14 years of the child’s life.

DNA test being carried out should also involve the mother it is very possible the baby could be switched at the hospital, unfortunately we are a society very quick to judge women.. It is very important they both know the kids is there's but like HIV test I think counseling is important. I would have said the woman was lying in her claims, but the man didn't deny any of the allegations. The only time he spoke up was when the woman said he doesn't spend money on the boy.

And his reply was that he celebrated his forth birthday and it was money he spent then.

Both need to agree to go for DNA test before it can be done. If they don't agree to go for DNA test, the person who want the DNA test can go to court to ask court to compel the other party who doesn't want a DNA test to agree to run the test
