I'm thinking of moving totally to ivory coast too,but I think its best one travels over to know the place before making the decision to stay permanently, for the fact that they have better electricity than Nigeria is enough reason to want to immigrate totally

Good day guys.......

My last update before ivorian border is open.

Today update will be my first "ivory coast " funny experience update i will be writing since i started this thread. cheesy

When i was reading some of the comments on this thread, i saw a comment that made me laugh, and i remember few guys over there in ivory coast. grin

So, today i will be writing on 3 types of Nigeria guys you will find over there in " ivory coast " cool cheesy

LET ME START WITH THIS INTRODUCTION

" Emeka if any of una fit visit Nigeria again that means you people are strong ooo" grin

This sentence is made by a guy called " COACHY" the guy has been in ivory coast for 11years without stepping an each in Nigeria. grin

Now you understand why i said 3 type Nigerian guys u will come across in ivory coast ( land of bum-bum) lipsrsealed cheesy

Fortunately, coachy belongs to the progressive and successful group grin

So let's start......

This made me remember the first story i heared in ivory coast when the first set of Nigerians who were trying to move to France through "ivory coast" sea, long years back ( those days not now ooo Nigerian guys don spoil that route, and please dnt attempt this....my hand no dey !)

This guys entered the city of Abidjan, and fell in love with the city.... they have no choice than to settle and marry an Ivorian lady..... Those days government are responsible for your wedding cost. This is what an old man told me who has stayed like over 30 years there grin ( words of elders) but am not going to add people like him among the 3 types of Nigerian guys in ivory coast because they are not " slaying kings" and " slaying queens" like this generation of Nigeria youth.

So this are the guys....

1) ABIDJAN PIKIN - yes they are always the oldest set of Nigerians you will find there in "ivory coast " ( God forgive me ooo,my hand no dey ooo) i hope i won't receive calls from Abidjan soon grin

This type of guys love ivorian women more than their destiny, because i cannot imagine after u waste all your precision time on sweet Ivorian women, and this made u to be lazy and lose focus to the extend you dont have dreams any more just because of pretty Ivorian women grin. This type of guys already lost touch on what is on ground in Nigeria and in life generally. How would u be scared of going back to Nigeria just because you will be missing Ivorian women grin ( Funny).

When you find a Nigerian that has stayed up to 10years in ivory coast, and he is not making it.... Just ask him why he is still in ivory coast. Their answers is always like this - "OBOY, I NO FIT GO NIGERIA NOW OOO... LIFE TOO SWEET FOR HERE MY BROTHER, BUT I GO GO NIGERIA ONCE BETTER MONEY ENTER MY HAND" cheesy. (Those of you going or who are already in ivory coast should look out for this people ) grin kai Ivorian life don carry them go far.....

And please, don't discuss any Nigeria issue or ask them about Nigeria, because they already lost touch on ground cheesy i dont blame them because they want to just explore everything in that country cheesy

2 ) THE BALLING GUYS.. This are guys who came into the country with money or without money... They are very determined guys, most of them came into the country without any money to set up business but were also determine to start from anywhere they find them self ( please am not encouraging any body to just leave Nigeria without money ooooo, am just writing on what i saw there). This guys, most started with a "BAIL BUSINESS " ( second handed clothes, what we call okrika in Nigeria. My eastern brothers knows best) grin.

Those who never had the luxury to bring in "business money" really had it tough. And an example to that is" me"..... Yes i had a swear time there that is due to the fact that the city of Abidjan is very friendly and social, even the sight of Ivorian women give joy and hope lipsrsealed grin. What if am not a social or determined person? What if i like to sleep a lot without disturbances like noise from the clubs and the horns of cars at 12 am till 5 or 6am?. That is why i said is not luxury life for me then, but it was adventures and fun to me ( if u know u know) cheesy please am not saying u must follow my step oooo, because people are different. But if u have the " willpower " and God on your side every thing is possible or achieveable. But if you have the means to live comfortable, please do it dont just go through what i went through... God has blessed you to move down with money. ( Amen)

3) GUY MAN - OR GUY MEN - cheesy oh my God.... This type of people comes in two fold, and just pray u meet the one that will at least buy u food as a friend grin.

Guys..... this are very men or guys. i mean they are into many investment in business, and they make so much money but you will never know they do. Infact they are the people to tell u to go back to Nigeria that Ivorians are suffering grin i had encounter with some, and i know the story but i was fortunate, i met the nicer ones.... Some of them will tell u they don't have money but when u see their cars and house u will be so marvelled grin, when u try to bring their attention to their beautiful house... The next thing u hear from them is " OBOY FORGET ALL THIS THING U DEY SEE OOOO..... I DEY EVEN PLAN TO SALE THE HOUSE TO GO BACK TO NIGERIA OR RENT A CHEAP HOUSE FOR IVORY COAST " grin.

When u accept their format and thinking life is hard the next thing u will see with them is a new car they bought, and brought to event or church cheesy ( na wa !) . the good ones among them will only buy u food grin when u meet them to help u with job or employ you in any of their companies, they will tell u not to worry... Infact they will give u their business card to call them and meet them in a Canteen where they buy u food. You can eat anything you want, and they will also ask you if u need a woman to Bleep for the night grin But believe me, 1 cefa or 1 naira no go enter your hand grin they no go even give you the job. Anytime u call them they will tell u to meet them at " canteen or cafeteria " they order food for u again and gist and go home ( like say na food carry u enter ivory coast) this circle will continue until shame no go allow you call them again ( na wa !)

When u stop calling them, and they met u by chance outside they will start blaming you why did u stop calling them that they had a position for u but it has been taken by an Ivorian or a Nigerian guy cheesy

Am not saying Nigeria guys do not help but some are " guy men" they can wear a RAG driving VENZA or BM x5 jeep .

"Odinga1 and Adubam, una no fit predict when i write this update like how una they get my thought when i even plan to update the next hour grin "

I need to stop now guys... See you with my next update. I will be writing on a state in ivory coast called " SAN PENDRO"
