I have issues with my 2004 sienna,
The transmission doesn't select quite well if I step down on the gas pedal. It has difficulty in changing gears. I have drained and replaced transmission oil,(with recommended Toyota T-IV) I also cleaned the gear filter still the same problem persists. I don't want to believe that my transmission is now bad.

scan the transmission. Might be a rodent issue, they love chewing on torque converter circuits

Sir it’s a c230 Kompressor 2005model but it has 271 engine in it... Called a mechanic at ladipo to come check d car .. d car rolls doesn’t start but there was no compression at all.. so the mechanic is saying I should by another engine.

Good morning gurus, I got a Lexus gs300 last decemeber, I didn't know the car will be that low, the road that leads to my house was very bad and the car has been constantly hitting the floor. So i want to ask, can this damage anything in one month? The road has been repaired now but my car now makes a rattle sound anytime i start it, it is worse if it's the first start of the day.

Check if your belt is tight, or a worn out pulley or belt tensioner. Not necessarily a function of bad roads

Second question, the two back tyre rims have black residue on them, it even leaves the black dust on the ground, someone suggests i need to change the brake pad? Is that the case?

Brake pads, yes. Get a quality replacement and get it cleaned thoroughly with a brake cleaner before reinstalling

Third Question, I want to service my car, previous seller was using Toyota SL SAE 20w/50 ( black keg) but i can't find that same exact one here in ibadan, the closest i found is Toyota SJ SAE 20w/50 ( red keg) can i use that instead? Or can i use another oil ( your recommendation?)

Your car actually requires up to 6 litres of 5W30 oil, not 20W/50. If the previous seller has been using it for a long while though, just get a good brand and stick to that. Total Quartz 5000, Castrol GTX

Fourth Question, I did wheel alignment a month ago and since then my afs light has been on, it seems i have to make adjustments to the afs sensor? But most mech here don't really know what that is, what do i tell them to check and where? Or can someone recommend to me a good mechanic in ibadan? Thank you

Go back to the alignment pit. Locate the Lighting/Height Control Sensor (refer to attached image) and be sure nothing is broken or out of place. Na this one I feel the bad roads might have affected.

If you want to fix it right, you need to have the sensor arm at the middle of its range when the car is neutral and at normal ride height.

Fuel consumption was great before the ecu change.
What could be wrong??

Try this, see if you have a check engine light, scan the car and share code here, if not, plug an OB2 scanner to generate live data. Your car might be running rich, hence the low fuel mileage and black soot

Hello gurus. Good morning. My 2007 Camry SE torque converter seal was replaced due to a leak. Immediately afterwards, the car started struggling to change to a higher gear, and quit engaging into forward drive gears until the car cools down. Upon scanning the car, P0746 (Pressure Control Solenoid 'A' Performance or Stuck Off) error code came up. Once the car is driven from a cold state for about 10mins, it would cease to engage into forward drive gears. A gear mechanic then changed the valve body and fiber, but the same error came up immediately again. The gear mechanic has now said I need to take the car to an auto-electrician.

Please I need your help. What do you think the problem really is, and how best can I resolve this transmission issue?
