CBN has done so. About twice sef for this grant. How many govt agencies came out with a heads-up before INSME, MBA, bara, etc crashed or became comatose.

Govt is already tired even without haven't done enough to start with.

Anyway, the latest information is that, they are awaiting final verification and approval by the chairman or president of TELPECON. I hope is not another one year to accomplish this.

You might want to make your Excel template stand out to make ur grant look genuine.
