If it were to be in advanced countries a large number of Nigerian youths including those in the universities would not be into fraud. People will always justify fraud even though it's a crime. When People in advance country were fighting for a better life the ones in developing country were begging to be given a better life. Now you can see the kind of society we live in. I live in a close. My house is inside another close. In fact it's a close inside a close. You won't even know people live there becos the close is kinda hidden.
